    Happy days.

    Quoted from Staffan:

    Flying Circus, GTB, 1961

    You got it!

    #6748 2 years ago

    Gotham Circus Trix, 1936.

    That was a tough one

    #6750 2 years ago
    Quoted from ReadyPO:

Yes but spelled Circus Trix as in Tricks

    That was a typo... corrected...

    #6751 2 years ago

Ok, let's take a trip across the pond... where we meet this rather unfortunate gentleman...

    #6757 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

    Io Moon, SLEIC, 1996

That was quicker than I thought!

    #6760 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

I must admit I looked at your marvelous collection

I had a feeling there could be another clue there... I will have to be more sneaky in the future

    #6761 2 years ago

    Hi Dolly. Gottlieb 1965.

    #6763 2 years ago

    Clues are available upon request...

    #6766 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

    Hi Jack!, Bally, Never Produced

Probably a bit naughty using a game that was never produced, but since I found it when I was searching for 'hi' to find Hi-Dolly, it seemed that there would be a reasonable clue there

Was that how you found it?

    #6769 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

It was actually that little pink gun in the upper right corner, that gave me some themes to search for.

I see... and what themes did you search for after seeing that gun?

    #6770 2 years ago

    Getaway. Allied Leisure. 1977.

    #6772 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

I guess you found the theme

Well, I tried 'cops and robbers' before, but skipped over this game because I thought the image you posted was older, then I went back and was more thorough...

    #6773 2 years ago

This one shouldn't pose much of a problem...

    Bally: On Beam. 1969.

    https://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=1715

    Quoted from pinwiztom:

but think is could also be a Spanish or Italian knockoff of the same theme.

In that last link the guy definitely has a facial expression closer to what mine would be like if I were in his shoes!

    #6780 2 years ago

    Staying on-theme:

    Screenshot_20210801-213616_Samsung Internet (resized).jpgScreenshot_20210801-213616_Samsung Internet (resized).jpg
    #6782 2 years ago
    Quoted from poppapin:

pinballslave your guess of On Beam was wrong.

    Referee?

    #6784 2 years ago

If there's a dispute then pinwiztom needs to verify if the answer is correct I suggest...

    #6786 2 years ago

Clues are available upon request... although there was a reasonable clue in the text that accompanied the pic...

    #6788 2 years ago

Ok... the theme is the same as the theme of the previous image... which is... ?

    #6790 2 years ago

    Outer?

You can skip past the 90% of games you know... I stumbled upon in when searching for On Beam... funnily enough I have seen this very game in person at the owners gameroom... he has a massive collection of obscure games! He even gave me a very special bottle of virgin olive oil as a way of thanking me for visiting him!! Could be another clue there

    #6791 2 years ago

Let me know if another clue is needed, but I think you'll find it now...

    #6793 2 years ago

Hooray!! You see, it wasn't too hard

    #6796 2 years ago

Niagara... spelt it wrong first... Gottlieb 1951

    https://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=1674

    #6797 2 years ago

    Should be quick...

    #6798 2 years ago

Come on guys, I thought this would be got within about 10 seconds... it's a very popular game, and rightly so!

    #6800 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

That's got to be White Water

    Yeeesssss!! Welcome to Wet Willy's!

    #6802 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

    This kinda look like Willie.

    Ah, you mean the beard...

    #6803 2 years ago

Zooming out just a tiny bit could help a lot... maybe...

    #6805 2 years ago

    Globe Trotter Gottlieb 1951.

    https://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=1017

In the first image I thought the noses of the planes were dogs heads, so I was looking for hunting or dog racing themes!!

    #6806 2 years ago

    Next:

Personally submitted... not sure if that really helps...

    image-9 (resized).jpgimage-9 (resized).jpg

    #6807 2 years ago

Clues available on request... but here's a small guider... no change...

    #6809 2 years ago
    Quoted from pinwiztom:

I saw dog or animal heads too.

I thought the one on the left could be a badger... so I also looked for 'wildlife', but surprisingly there's only one pinball on the IPDB that has the theme 'wildlife'...

Even Gottlieb's Wild Life doesn't have the theme Wildlife... for some reason, that game has no theme at all!

    #6811 2 years ago
    Quoted from ReadyPO:

I didn't know if that meant something you owned

It means something I submitted to the IPDB because I photographed it... I only own the backglass, so this won't be listed in any of the games I own or owned... not sure if you can do a search by the submitter of images...

Better clue is that there is no change... I.e. no change in theme...

    #6812 2 years ago

I.e. no change in theme since the previous image...

    #6813 2 years ago

I realise the previous image lists 5 themes on the IPDB... 2 of those 5 themes are also stated themes for this image...

    #6816 2 years ago

    Gottlieb Airport?

    #6823 2 years ago

This won't be as easy as it looks... despite the theme being blatantly obvious

    #6824 2 years ago

    IPDB won't help

    #6826 2 years ago

And to be easy on you, I'll give you another clue... go back to the space lady...

    #6827 2 years ago
    Quoted from ReadyPO:

I see you updated your post

Yes, I was updating it as you were replying

    #6829 2 years ago
    Quoted from ReadyPO:

Golf, Faer, 1964 yes, not on IPDB

How did you find it? Was the space lady clue helpful?

    #6832 2 years ago
    Quoted from ReadyPO:

Very interesting web site for the Spanish pins.

Yes, it's my 'go to' place for knowing what Spanish pins are out there, helped me know what I was interested in tracking down... got a bit obsessed with Spanish pins a few years back, ended up hauling 2 van-loads back... a few if them were because of images I saw on that site.

    #6833 2 years ago

    Caddie, Playmatic, 1975.

Actually recognised it because I have the flyer

    https://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=4486

    #6834 2 years ago

This should pose no problems, now we're in the 'swing' of it

Here's the backglass, not on the IPDB... beautiful IMO...

Edit: looks like it has digital scoring but an EM credit meter and ball in play!

The way the guy's checking the chick out is priceless

@ReadyPO, are you lost in that Spanish site?

    #6839 2 years ago

    No Good Gofers

    #6841 2 years ago

Next: this one is on the IPDB, so no funny stuff this time... and no longer Spanish!

    20210803_215044 (resized).jpg20210803_215044 (resized).jpg

    #6842 2 years ago

Should be fairly easy to figure the theme out from what she's doing...

    Edit:

    #6843 2 years ago

I can sense another clue could be in order... here's another image, this time from the backglass...

    Screenshot_20210803-215522_Samsung Internet (resized).jpgScreenshot_20210803-215522_Samsung Internet (resized).jpg

    #6844 2 years ago

There is a bigger clue in the 2nd pic!!

    #6846 2 years ago
    Quoted from poppapin:

    Crocket Italian game

I bet anyone playing thought the girl in the first pic was playing golf

The playfield on that game is very weird!! Can't quite figure out how that section at the top works!!

    #6851 2 years ago

Unless I'm looking at the image wrong, that woman has some very strange legs!! I think a little help may be needed on this one...

I was thinking an early SS Williams game due to the angled display window with a fantasy theme, but nothing matches...

    #6854 2 years ago

Williams Pharaoh... I even have the game and never saw that...

    #6855 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:Pharaoh, WMS, 1981

    You just beat me

    #6859 2 years ago

I had a feeling it was too easy...

    Jackbot then

No no... The Machine, Bride of Pinbot... upper playfield?

I take it back... not BOP...

    #6861 2 years ago

No more clues... we got this!

    #6862 2 years ago

    Taxi... of course!!

I knew I knew it, just had to dig in my memory banks!!

    Quoted from Staffan:

    Zaccaria Robots?

There's only one of them... but Robots is good enough for me

    #6868 2 years ago

Personally speaking, I'm lost on this one...

    #6870 2 years ago

If only the IPDB came up with more games than 'Top Secret' when searching for Robot themed games, I'd feel there was more to get my teeth into... I know it's not Top Secret, and I tried Egg Head, and even Transformers... can't think of any other games with Robots in them... my mind is all a-blank...

Also searched the artwork on BOP and Jackbot...

    #6872 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

Maybe they are not robots but there armor sure make them look like if they were...

That made me think of knights in shining armour, but searching through the 'knights' themed games has drawn a blank... also checked Metal Man, and the other MM... just in case... I'm personally stuck on this one... but maybe other players are just on the brink of figuring it out...

    #6874 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

You need to take MM and go back to PIN-BOT

I know I shouldn't ask, but you mean go back chronologically or alphabetically?

    #6878 2 years ago

Damn, I was even looking at Big Guns at one point and looked right past it!

    #6881 2 years ago

A clue may be in order...?

    #6883 2 years ago

Just been through every pin listed as being a 'licensed theme' pin that is relating to a movie on the IPDB and have drawn a blank... This is a real puzzler for me...

    #6887 2 years ago
    Quoted from pinwiztom:

and I bet you even checked Apollo 13,

You're right!! I went back to look and I see that Apollo 13 is coloured purple showing that I'd looked at it... Sega was the first batch of games I checked, regardless if theme... no idea how I missed it! I must be blind!

The only Segas I'd not checked with a production run of over 1 were South Park and Baywatch on the basis I was 100% sure it wasn't them.

    #6888 2 years ago

Clue is in your avatar... Sega Godzilla

Had to look at that twice before I saw it!!

    My 'sore point' machine!!

    #7027 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

Nope, no bowling in this game.

Actually I was thinking of John Goodman... but yes, there's also the bowling connection

It's probably not Twister either (Philip Seymour Hoffman) or Tron (Jeff Bridges)

    #7028 2 years ago

    Wrath of Olympus...

    Riot Pinball...

Not sure of the link to TBL, maybe because both games are the only game made by a single manufacturer...

That kind of looks familiar, but I can't quite place it... I'm thinking Italian...

It's a pity you can't search the IPDB based on country of manufacture... or is that actually possible and I'm missing it?

    #7035 2 years ago

Hi Lorenz, good to see you here! I'm not familiar with Portuguese manufacturers, so I waded through the entire list of manufacturers on the IPDB and found only Irmacor, with no images matching what you put up... I got this though, no more clues yet

    #7038 2 years ago
    Quoted from Avi8er:

Feitiço, conversion of Playmatic's 1978 'Chance'.

Well done, so how did you figure this out? The IPDB lists the game but has no images of it, and even though Portugal is right next door to Spain, this manufacturer isn't on the Spanish Database... Google?

I found it, on catawiki.com... closed auction, reserve not met.

    #7040 2 years ago

    PINBALL MAGIC ?

    #7223 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

I actually thought this one might be too easy for you... but I had to post it since I thought the artwork was top notch.

Don't tell me it's a game I've already got! it does have a Spanish twang to it with those white plastics... I'm on it!

At first I thought those buildings were 3D!

    #7224 2 years ago

It also looks like it's got a plastic playfield, another Spanish speciality, but I've drawn a blank everywhere I've looked so far...

It has all the hall-marks of an Inder game, but I can't find it.

    Quoted from pinwiztom:

I would say GTB Fire Queen, but seems too obvious.
Also looks like this clue pin has digital score display.

Also, this game seems to have mirror for the 'lightening' from her hand where the Gottlieb game doesn't... different colours in the artwork too by the look of it...

Also her mouth is different... the Gottlieb game has her smiling with dimples in her cheeks, this lady seems more sultry... forlorn maybe... I like her more

    #7298 2 years ago
    Quoted from Staffan:

Didn't realize it looks like Fire Queen, IPDB says it's a copy of another GTB game.
