The green gave it away,
it was just a matter of locating the flying bat dragon on the PF

Quoted from poppapin:Damn, you guys are quick!!
Believe it or not it was the blue sky background and bit of clouds that made me think of Cyclopes.
Quoted from pinwiztom:OK

Very good.
I never have seen that game before but somehow came across it in google search of images
dealing with football and pinball/arcade games.
Not listed on IPDB.org list of games, as far as I know.

Goin' Nuts, Gottlieb 1983
https://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=1021&picno=6333
Both this and Ready...Aim...Fire! were designed by Shing Lam

it was also designed by Shing Lam with art by Larry Day
and it being a prototype???
Well it is GTb Ice Fever
https://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=1260&picno=11451&zoom=1
with Larry Day artwork, but no Shing Lam in the design, but John Trudeau.
maybe the Last Sys 80A?
The present game in question,
I have only seen and played in person once a few years ago at PinAGoGo
along with a group of other relatively rare pins brought to the show
by the late great Steve Charland.
OK,
This one was very hard. When you mentioned Steve Charland, I thought Gottlieb SS.
