You guys have been posting some pretty obscure stuff so I did one also. Funny thing is mine is known by you all, by a major manufacturer and over 10,000 of these produced.
So now someone can waste an hour going thru 43 machines on IPDB 
No wonder. This is from the 2 player EM version. We play the 4 player SS version at The Sanctum. I had a chance to get the EM version (only 120 made) but playing league with 2 player games is a bummer.
I don't have the answer. But maybe some of these can help lead someone in the right direction -

Well you got it right, so confused as to why you think you do not know. Your privilege and obligation to provide next clue.
Four Stars is a rerun of Quartette. I did take the clue from four stars in part based on Brite Star the previous game.

But they are not the same, or at least I did not see it that way. The covers on the Rubber and posts assemblies are colored plastic in you picture and the order of the colored circles around the holes are a different order.
