Those look like Molentin billard balls to me.
Quoted from Gott_Lieb:AFAIK New York was the only one with stars. They must have repurposed the credit unit to handle extra balls instead. I just thought it was neat, and something that I never noticed before.
Agreed. It is indeed a neat artistic touch!
I was wrong it is pointy people balls

Ha! This is Tom's "Mystery Artist". ala Grand Tour, Star-Jet, etc.
Quoted from AvidListener:Ha! This is Tom's "Mystery Artist". ala Grand Tour, Star-Jet, etc.
I was going to say Sky Raider women, but I thought they were Molentin.
Someday I will do more research and write an article or conduct a seminar on these mystery artists from BLY & WMS in the 60s. One i call the Caniff inspired artist and the other the V-chin guy ( Bally pins like Trio and Blue Ribbon etc)

While ipdb.org says that the artist is C.Marche
I am not entirely convinced
as some of the faces look a lot like they could have
been done by the "mystery" artist.
Main reason for my thinking that is that I have a copy of letter
that C.Marche wrote years ago before he passed;
with the list of games that he did the art for
and On Beam is not on that list.

Interesting consideration for the On Beam artwork. I can maybe see a touch of the Mystery Artist in the work (although, it is not nearly as recognizable as most of the MA pieces), but I don't see signature Marche either

I think this one is called "Extra Large Creepy Girl Picnikking" OR, it may be a CC Fire Cracker - https://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=850&picno=25601 I really don't see how this is a Parker art package. Looks like someone trying to copy Parker.
