I was way off on my Christensen guess for Pistol Poker,
but guess the Ace card in belt should have been clue enough.
These visual clues you are giving are almost too detailed and up close to be able to recognize.
Will have to scour the brain for memory of this last one.
First thoughts are Bly Viking, but need to confirm.

However, this one should be recognizable if you know the machine. Yes, it's a detail, but it's actually a larger part of the art than it might seem.
Viking is indeed not the right answer, but it is about the right time frame...
