While the insert is a big give away as a PF picture, I have not had time to think or look. I'll guess early 70s Williams, but that is just a quick thought.

I have NO idea how anyone would find this. By looking over the pic, I deduced that Python Angelo had to be involved. Also, showing a mix of flags screams a soccer theme to me.
My choice from sleuthing is Capcom Flipper Football, but the only pic that I can almost see this is here - http://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=3945&picno=40980&zoom=1
