Funny thing is I first thought it was this game, but for some reason imagined the image was from the bottom right of the backglass, so I zoomed in on that area and saw the astronaut's elbow, so I started looking at other games and gave up... I decided to look again because it was bugging me, and then I saw it! The other funny thing is that I have this game set up in my wife's flat in another town which we use as a kind of away home when we visit her home town, so I'm used to seeing it quite often... which is probably why it was bugging me!
In fact, if you look at where this moon is in this image you will actually see my wife's clothes drier!

I bet Bike Race, also by Sliec, was at the top of your checking list... it's probably the only game linked to IO Moon that has a theme that could include traffic lights
