That might be the case 
I've actually noticed that it doesn't seem to be common knowledge. People often start asking about my tattoos and (if they are looking at this particular one) I'll ask if they notice anything out of the ordinary, which they don't, when I tell that it's supposed to equal 7 on opposite sides, no one have ever known
