If you look on the right hand pillar you will see a clue that will take you almost directly to the answer.
You don't often see the green gentleman in the photo because there are doors in front of him that are normally closed... by the way.
I realise it's not too legible, but that would be too easy... the lower of the two words on that pillar is the manufacturer's name...

Personally I don't recognise it... but bearing in mind it's just a fragment of the original plastic, I'd just toss it in the trash (or dispose of responsibly in the appropriate recycling bin).
I had a sneaking suspicion after I wrote this that it was Lacronamo... and it was... so something inside me did recognise it...
There's less of it left than I imagined!
