I wouldn't have thought this one would be that hard - it has A LOT in common with the previous clue...
Quoted from VALIS666:[quoted image]
Love it.. Rocket III
Another clue... the IPDB has this game in its database, with many photo's... and the manufacturer is Geiger-Automatenbau...

lol... well, I guess the last clue really narrows it down.

Bloody china.
Quoted from koji:guess the last clue really narrows it down.
Since the IPDB have the manufacturer as 'Unknown manufacturer' then that clue was a kind of red herring... so I'm impressed you found it... so how DID you find it?

Still came up in the content search:
"We previously showed the manufacturer to be Geiger-Automatenbau. However, Mr. Geiger has informed us that he was not the manufacturer of this kit. He had bought a number of these backglasses in Luxembourg at an estate bankruptcy but he no longer remembers any details about them. He had only these backglasses, no playfields or other parts."

The funny thing is that I actually have the original flyer from Geiger where they are advertising Bloody China... it's a 'combo flyer' where Bloody China, Wild Schutz and Stella Airship are advertised... I should probably send Jay a photo of that flyer as evidence that Bloody China was actually a Geiger product! Maybe Mr. Geiger had lost more of his memory than he thinks when he told the IPDB what he did... why would they make the flyer otherwise...?
Quoted from koji:Saw this on a wishlist today...
By the patina on the PF, thinking its EM era or early S/S,
hard to tell if domestic or foreign

Interesting. Wasn't sure if this would be easy or difficult for you knowledgeable folks.
It is S/S. It is Domestic.

It appears not to be

At least not GTB version.
But now switching to a different path ala Williams.
