So a couple of months ago, I started a thread on the French pinball forum based on a quiz we had on another one ten years ago (about rock music).
And it's had quite a success, so I thought you guys might like it (if it doesn't already exist...).

    So here it is :

Basically, you post the picture of a pinball detail. The first one who says what machine it comes from gets to post the next picture...

And so here's the first one.
    I'll start with an easy one.IMG_20160928_141612904 (resized).jpgIMG_20160928_141612904 (resized).jpg

    BOP?

    #3 7 years ago

Yes, and you forgot your own photo

    #4 7 years ago

I didn't know if I had to wait until verified correct. Plus there may have been 10 other people saying that at the same time.

Ok then, allow me to give this a go...

    Grrrr!
I'm sure I know this, but I just can't figure out what from!

High Roller Casino (see http://www3.telus.net/westerncoin/arcade/Pinball/HighRoller/pics/IMG_5059.JPG )

    Here you go:

Hmmm... I don't think so, but Yoko2una will confirm.
I was thinking about Millionaire but couldn't find this image on it...

Let me make it a bit more obvious... and if you look in the upper right corner you can even see the habit-trail...
    pfdetail2 (resized).jpgpfdetail2 (resized).jpg

Then again... I could be wrong...

However, when you zoom in on the coins they look exactly the same... the squiggly lines... and or the highlighted portion the background too.

Hmm, maybe that should be a rule. Or we have to list the year?

But now that I see the letters, this may be a late EM or early sys11

    hmmm... Brain. Hurt.

    #32 7 years ago

Bigger picture... do you guys want more hints? Here's a major one... the manufacturer only ever produced 7 different titles with flippers... and for those 7 games had a total production run of about ~2900 games. And 1100 of those were head to head play games (like but not including joust).

    Yeah!
On the French forum, we started waiting for confirmation from the one who posted, but sometimes had to wait for too long, so we opted for posting ipdb link of playfield pic (or other zoomed out pic) as validation.

I think it could avoid confused situations...

    Decade or Manufacturer?

    #50 7 years ago
    Quoted from tiesmasc:

    Decade or Manufacturer?

Bally, in the 80's. Also could consider it a rare/unique machine.
