    Quoted from TheLaw:

No fan of Kanada and it pains me to say this, TPN really could have used better marketing.

The whole thing has kind of a “we are making this up as we go along” vibe to it.

    Quoted from dirtbag66:

This entire post came off as kind of, douchey. Anyone else have the same thought?
    First impressions are priceless...

Dude’s got a right to defend himself and snarky comments beget snarky responses. Back a podcaster into a corner and you get the fangs!

    Quoted from delt31:

Haha I know. The guy who they don’t want anything to do with comes in and takes it further rubbing the salt in. Oh and btw the guy does marketing for a living. What an FU. Hilarious.

Doesn’t seem like anybody owns this one. Maybe they should register it and make a trade!

Zach, that comment comes across as neither respectful nor professional.

    Quoted from Halfwasted:

The Pinball Network seems like a flop already.

Yes everything in pinball is a flop and a disaster and a tire fire and a dumpster fire.

    It's a disaster!

    Quoted from delt31:

For the record, I would love much more pre distributor OG SDTM Zach. OG Zach would have called out that UV BS in two seconds. Would have been a dramatic pause, SDTM camera zoom and him saying WTF stern. He knows it too.
The new I’m just a helpless distributor Zach (oh geeze shucks guys - I just want to provide everyone with free entertainment and expand the network....but don’t mind while I saturate you with Flippin out everything, look the other way when stern does us wrong and worst of all - criticize those who questioned obvious PF defects...BUY BUY BUY!)......that is what’s so frustrating. It’s poison and as someone that looked forward to hearing from him, it’s disappointing. I continue to think the ship can turn around which is why I tune in (I love pinball) but it doesn’t appear that’s happening anytime soon.
OG SDTM Zach.......hopefully you find your way home.

Hell hath no fury like a podcast listener scorned.

    Quoted from wesman:

    Reread things for context.
I think, assume he was saying he feels Zach's stance on Stern is poisonous to the industry, not he himself is poisonous to the interest of pinball.

Oh thank God. For a minute I thought he'd lost all perspective and was engaging in buffoonish hyperbole.

    Quoted from jwilson:

It wouldn’t be a thread on Pinside without darscot mentioning he works for EA then pontificating at length about it.
Dude, you’re more than where you work. Try being interesting.

Beyond the fact that I enjoyed Skate or Die on my C64 I don't give a shit about EA. Has nothing to do with pinball as Darscot has proven a million times. Remember when he said Stern hiring more software people wouldn't help them crank out code updates?

    Quoted from iceman44:

Maybe you and i will do one Delt? We can break it ALL down brother. Lol
It WILL be entertaining. And not some "mid week" BS!
Might be time to start another Network. Let the people be heard ya'll!

Why are you and delt so terrified to do a solo podcast?

It’s like those losers who won’t do karaoke unless 3 of their friends agree to back them up!

    Sack up guys!!!

    Quoted from iceman44:

    Alan Colmes is dead Delt!
Ok, Levi won't do it either. He's afraid.
I will go onto Kaneda's podcast and straighten his ass out first (we have been discussing it since episode #1)
I actually have a life and won't do 500 podcasts! But....i'm thinking about dropping something on the TPN network myself on an as needed basis.
It's a pinball hobby and meant to be fun. And i will shill the shit out of anything i like.
And Zach, Bone, Ken or anybody has the right to do so.

Wait what am I afraid of? Doing a podcast with you?

What are we gonna talk about, how awesome Stern is? I don’t get where the excitement will come from.

If you just want to talk shit about various pinsiders I could be up for that.

    #638 4 years ago
    Quoted from iceman44:

LOL. Yeah i feel like we might be on the same page BUT we can talk some shit and make it entertaining for sure.

I’m game but I doubt those guys are gonna run a 45 minute podcast of you and I airing various grievances, doesn’t really seem to jibe with the midwestern dad vibe.

    #651 4 years ago

From what I gather, delt isn’t angry at anybody.

    He’s just disappointed.

Is this like the last time everyone fake retired?
