Quoted from d0n:Do people really listen to podcasts about pinball? Why? Can't we just google to find out about the most recent mod or game coming out or game review? Do we need to have pinball shovelled into our brains 24/7 via a podcast? Are we that bored of a species that we can't sit here without constant hobby stimulation? We gotta have podcasts now?
I for one, have never listened to any podcast and never will. It seems ridiculous to me.
Rant off.
If you’ve never listened to a podcast or watched a stream, how do you know you wouldn’t enjoy it? I think you’d find them to be entertaining and informative. I used to think the same thing until I actually listened to a podcast and watched a twitch stream.
Quoted from Darscot:Will there at least be a centralized notification or website with the streaming schedule?
So far announcements have been made on Facebook and here in this Pinside thread
I had never used a podcast app until Monday. I always went to the podcasts website or Facebook link and listened from there. I installed the Apple podcast app on my iphone and it’s simple and easy to use
Quoted from Tuna_Delight:Just listened to this salty episode last night. Interesting game perspectives. Particularly from Liz - who seems surprisingly knowedgable about pinball for someone who "doesn't care" about it.
A couple of minor comments:
1. Some initial intro/background info regarding who you are would have been helpful. Took me a while to figure out this is Matt formerly of Slap Save and that Liz is (apparently) his wife or girlfriend. I'm assuming anyway.
2. No mention of ACNC in your coverage of 2019 games?! It deserves better.
Thanks for the podcast! I hope to hear you two again after Liz gets some time in on some other quality games.
It’s not Matt Koenen from the Slap Save podcast. It’s Matt Morrison from North Carolina and his girlfriend Liz. He was on the TWIP podcast a few times

Quoted from Yelobird:Lol. And I thought the PinStadium marketing crew was creative. You sir have some skill lol.
It’s hard to make a quick photoshop look real....to me it looks kinda cheesy
Thank you Ken Cromwell. I enjoyed listening to the Special When lit podcast and the pinball show, along with the flip n out stream. Your passion and knowledge will be hard to replace. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey. Very happy for you and your new job at JJP! Look forward to seeing you at a future show.

For our first attempt at a podcast, I think it turned out well. I definitely enjoyed talking pinball with the correspondents.
After helping out with Special When Lit and now The Pinball Show as a correspondent, I see how hard and time consuming it is to produce a podcast. The crazy amount of hours devoted to research, recording and editing each episode can almost be too much. Thank you to all the podcasters and content creators for all your time and effort.
Who cares what “rating” or “review” a game has? If you love it, that’s all that matters. Everyone has a different opinion and budget. Some collectors have only 1 pin while others own 50. We all enjoy the hobby in different ways- collectors, operators, repair, location player etc
I enjoy most content because its entertaining and informative. Then I go play the game and decide if I enjoy it.
Quoted from TheLaw:Well zach and the team do because they are rating them. Apparently a lot of other people do because we are all talking aboot it. And maybe you do since you've rated 41 of them on pinside
I enjoyed Matt’s latest interview with John. It’s great to hear the stories! I have really enjoyed all 3 episodes-
Quoted from Raegor:Zach, when is the video coming out of you farting into a trumpet? I'll like and subscribe to that!

Enjoyed the show. Nice to hear from Bill again. Fun conversation with Bill and Amanda.
Quoted from SpookyLuke:Really enjoyed doing this and when I listened back I was blown away by Zach's ability to interview. I was pretty nervous about being on and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Great guy to work with!
Fun show. Sounds like spooky is a fun place to work. Really enjoyed it- I also love Armageddon- it should definitely be made into a pin
I’ve had about 15 hours of travel this week and have enjoyed listening to all the TPN shows. Thanks to the team for the entertaining shows.
Quoted from JStoltz:On my mind because I listened to it again yesterday:
Just Another Pinball Podcast Episode #30: Deadpool Breakdown w/ George Gomez & Tanio Klyce
Would be my pick for podcast episode of the year. Probably one of the most interesting and well paced interviews out there (regardless of the year, even). joelbob , Since there are no annual awards for that category, please accept this meaningless token as your reward.

I agree. Joel does an amazing job on podcasts and streams- very entertaining and enthusiastic. You can tell he really enjoys pinball- He’s also very nice to everyone and takes the time to interact with all the viewers. Great work Joel
To add to the discussion of the homebrew games: At the Louisville Arcade Expo, I spoke with Craig Monyhan at length about his 2 projects. He designed the black and white Steamboat Willie and also the custom anime homebrew based around his family. He custom made the software as well. Very innovative and interesting designs.
Here’s a link to his thread on the Mickey Mouse Steamboat Willie homebrew
