    Quoted from Whysnow:

    MUN
    - Art 5/10
    - Shots & Layout 5/10
    - Rules & Code 3/10
    - Toys & Innovation 3/10
    - Music & Call Outs 6/10
    - Display & Animation 5/10
    - Theme 7/10
    - Enjoyability 3/10
    ST
    - Art 6/10
    - Shots & Layout 3/10, the demogorgon ramp is crap along with the dumbest kickout ever made
    - Rules & Code 5/10
    - Toys & Innovation 3/10
    - Music & Call Outs 6/10
    - Display & Animation 5/10
    - Theme 8/10
    - Enjoyability 5/10

I don't like Munsters either but 5/10 for art and you think the art of STh is better? I'm confused and am actually curious.

    Quoted from Looprunner:

Maybe the first time. As I mentioned, they keep playing on subsequent visits. That did not happen with other games, such as Ghostbusters. It's not an F.

South Park, Mario Bros, and Street Fighter all crush location play. Iron Maiden does poorly on location. What average people will enjoy for 5 minutes is not the barometer of quality.

    Quoted from Looprunner:

No, because those games suck. Just kidding of course. If I were giving them a grade I would not give them an F. My ratings are weighted based on what I like in a game. If we were going down through a list of games I would certainly not give X-Men an F.

TheLaw is saying by Zach's scale a 5/10 is 50% or an "F".

    Quoted from beelzeboob:

Everything you said here...I believe the opposite. Nothing innovative in TMNT...and sales don't mean it's a great game. It means there are a bunch of grown men who just had their I-wish-I-was-young-again button pushed.
But I do respect the obvious fact that your opinion was completely unbiased.

Most games aren’t innovative. They still feel different. Stranger Things could be the least innovative game in years but it doesn’t feel like anything it copied the rules or layout from.

    Quoted from pipes:

The thing is, AP had so much time due to the shutdown to figure out a marketing strategy to properly roll out the game and they were still fumbling and trying to throw something together last minute. Seriously? Zach, that video you and Greg put together is better than anything AP could have ever done. I thought it was excellent! That intro was so clever and fun and actually for the first time, got me somewhat excited for the game and the upcoming stream. Nothing AP has put out in the past 6 months made me at all interested in this game. You bust your ass putting that together FOR FREE and they complain about it!? They should be ashamed.

It was a great video and I love the SDTM content but it is also a commercial for a product Zach sells. He is a distributor who distributes this product, it's not 100% altruistic and that is fine. AP needs to sell this pin and Zach wants to be the person to help do that. It's good for everyone.

Edit: I have to also add ZMeny that your production values have skyrocketed in a relatively short period of time. Really excellent work and your effort shows.

    Quoted from DakotaMike:

Good questions. My understanding is that he's a "contract employee" of Stern, meaning he isn't "technically" an employee of the company, even though he works for/with them all the time. And so I guess he uses that loophole to it's fullest. When JD inks deals to stream Stern's new games, he must have a non-exclusivity clause in there that still lets him work with other pinball companies too if he wants. Smart of him, not so smart of Stern. If I was Stern, I would probably not want him to stream-premiere competitor's games. And the thing is JD needs Stern more than Stern needs him--I think at least 90% of Jack's collection of pins are actually just loaners from Stern HQ.
But I agree, Stern and JD do go hand-in-hand, and so I do think it's a little weird that AP would use him for their promotion. Kinda like how JJP doesn't use Dead Flip when premiering or promoting games. They've worked with Buffalo Pinball and SDTM in the past instead. Oh what tangled webs are weaved in pinball!

This cuts both ways as Zach Meny sells both Stern and AP. If I was Stern, I would probably not want him to sell or promote other companies games.

Just enjoy the free premium content from multiple sources.

    Quoted from gstellenberg:

One added note - the P3 also has about 2 more inches of length than traditional games; so there's also more room above your lines on the P3.

Wait, P3 playfields are two inches deeper than traditional games? How is this the first time I've heard of this?
