Anyone have experience buying from The Pinball Gameroom in Richmond, VA? Website: thepinballgameroom.com. Seems like a newer start-up, supposedly family run. Doesn't seem to have a physical location address listed. Stock photos of inventory posted. Business model is pay $500 deposit, and remaining balance is due once a used game begins refurbishment process or a NIB game is shipped. My "scamdar" is raised a bit, but could be completely legit. Whois lists a Virginia domain registration location.

Thanks for the comments. Came across the site and was curious. Asked about seeing actual photos on a machine from the owner, and the experience felt like pulling teeth, and that I was being an inconvenience. Feels suspicious and not interested in doing business. Can't say it's 100% a scam, just seems shady how business is handled.

Just trying to weed out scammers/scam shops for when I am ready to jump back into the market. With the value of pins going sky high, finding reputable sellers is becoming more and more difficult as each day passes.
