So you're telling me there's a warehouse in Richmond VA somewhere with 116 pins and 40 arcades all for sale for about 1.5x market value, but he's not providing a photo of a single one? If it is "legit" my guess is the guy get someone willing to pay 10k for an Aerosmith pro, the 6-8 week lead time gives him a window to go find one and buy it for 6k or less, clean it up and ship it out. Just a guess.
From what's on the website I'd say that's a bit dishonest at best. Dude asks him for photos and gets the runaround instead of an explanation of how the business actually works. again, conjecture on my part maybe that's not how it is. Also no returns or refunds is a bit of a red flag that people are often not satisfied.
I wouldn't hate on anybody for selling overpriced goods to dipshits with too much money but no need to be deceptive. Once again, if that's what's actually going on.
