It should be early September based on the previous releases. We should get the CP/WW pack and then the F2K/GN pack in consecutive weeks, probably on Sept 3rd and 10th. Maybe we'll get lucky and get it a bit sooner (or folks with the season pass may get access to both packs at the same time again).

I also got a kickstarter email saying FS is trying to get T2 to the PS3 in early October.

At one point they said they weren't doing Sorcerer, but recently after learning it was a little more popular than they thought, Farsight has hinted that they may be reconsidering.

Apparently a really nicely restored Sorcerer won a 'best in show for its era' type of award at a show some Farsight people were at and that opened their eyes too.

I second everything you wrote there. The rules are the biggest one for me. Its nice to walk up to a real table for the first time and feel like you know every aspect of its rules before plunging the first ball.

We were talking about the XBox One not the XBox 360 (which I agree has been strung along forever since Crave went bankrupt).

Farsight announced that they were in fact going to make an XBox One version of the game in their newsletter #26 sent on April 11th quoting a mid-summer release. Before that there was a lot of doubt whther they would make an XBOne version at all after what they went through for the XB360.

"If you've been paying attention to Microsoft's ID@Xbox initiative you might already have caught this, but we're proud to announce that we have been hard at work on the Xbox One version of Pinball Arcade! We're expecting to launch mid summer 2014 with the entire Season Two collection. "

The only reason I'm keeping up with the news on the XBOne version is because they are delaying season 2 for PS4 until 30 days after the XBOne launch to meet with Microsoft's new indie publishing policy (which apparently saves FS a lot of money in submission fees).

The improvement in flipper physics is very encouraging. I'm looking forward to trying it on the PS4.
