Good one beepnutz, A couple other reasons are

New straight out of the box issues

1. Drop targets not going down and They reset on there own while playing.

2. Sound/music fades in and out while playing

3. Lines out in dot matrix, This is an led display

4. mystery hole scores nothing but 500k every time, Latest software installed too.

5. ooh forgot the first ball launched out of box gets stuck, So off with the glass only to find 2 plastics came off and ball got stuck with them in the upper PF.

Really a bunch of BS to have to deal with on a NIB game for 5k.

No key fobs in goody bag, They don't want you to have anything extra with there name on it, Cheap ass bitchs. Every other pro I had, Has had key fobs so yes they do come in the pro models.

So close to 5k to buy a pro, to only deal with issues on it, Not worth it at all. So when you buy it, you become the tester for the machine, because stern doesn't seem to have any.
