Was planning on going, but second guessing it based on the pic of the event. There are no games there. What is causing this event to go down hill the last couple, years? Less and less machines... sad.

Quoted from Deez:The show not having as many games in previous years is the byproduct of people not wanting to share their precious machines. A successful show is made by the community that supports it by bringing out their machines to share with the public. It kind of makes me sad to see all these comments about a limited number of games by people who probably didn't bother putting in the effort to share a machine and just expect others to provide the entertainment and then bitch when it's not up to their standard. We all need to be supporting the hobby and not rely on everyone else.
I have brought machines multiple times in the past. I no longer have a vehicle to transport pinball machines so it’s not an option currently for me. I support the community by attending, buying parts from vendors and checking out new machines I may be in the market for down the road.
There is something else to this beyond your point. I don’t hear this problem in Texas or in Pittsburgh.
Anyone have a photo showing the whole event? Was hoping to see a shot of the place after all games got there and people were playing. Saturday evening photo.
Quoted from mjm697:Show was definitely light on pins, however it was nice to see some familiar faces and friends, always seems to work out in the end. I was able to pickup 2 pins,a nice white water and a Dr who. Thanks to everyone involved that put the show together.
Light on Pins is putting it mildly. looks like a third of what was there a couple years ago. Looks like maybe 20 machines in total. Very sad. I know a pinsider made a comment about people not bringing machines and complain on here. I disagree and think it’s something else systemic. I shared earlier Texas and Pittsburgh don’t have this issue.
We need to figure it out before this show dies completely.
