Looking for Fish Tales!
Might bringing Johnny Mnemonic, WHO?Dunnit, Fireball, and Sing Along for sale/trade.
Quoted from scooter8416:Looking for: Johnny Mnemonic
I've got a just-shopped 100% Johnny Mnemonic in very good shape (other than a faded cabinet) that I might bring to sell.
I'd be especially inspired to sell if there's a Fish Tales or World Cup Soccer 94 I could buy (and we wouldn't be bidding against each other!).
Quoted from Skypilot:That didnt last long
lol. I know! I will definitely be playing it a lot more in the next month. It's an interesting game, and definitely fast as hell, but I don't expect it to have the staying power of Creature or White Water.
I have 2 or 3 orange DMDs that have at least one column out. They're garbage to me. Does anyone want them?
Edit: claimed
Quoted from Blackbeard:I'd buy a dr dude or bad cats if anyone is selling.
Of course you would!
Quoted from KevInBuffalo:I've got an original Grand Lizard backglass I could bring if anyone needs one.
I think Mike Pacak brings one of those to the shows, too.
Is there any interest in a very nice Fireball or a cheap, clean, 100% working Sing Along? I'm trying to choose which one to bring.
I'd like to only bring one only if I can sell it. I'm hoping to bring home something new on Saturday.
Quoted from amkoepfer:Hows the playfield on sing along?
Eh, not great. Here are some pictures. The backglass is also flaking, which only happened after I brought the game to the Ohio Show last year. I loaded the game into a truck the night before the show, and it got cold. It went from being near-perfect to.... a little flaky. I felt sick about it for too long afterwards.
I put so much love into this game. Stripped the playfield, tumbled all mechanisms. Totally rebuilt flippers. New pop bumper parts and camps. New flipper buttons and start button. Stripped and cleaned the bottom panel. Tightened every switch stack and cleaned every switch. Disassembled, cleaned, and lightly lubricated every stepper and score reel. And more.
The cabinet is nice and solid, and just has some scratches on the left side.
Seems like a bargain at.... $500?
