Phenomenal pinball machine, but if Stern would have been honest up-front and said expression lights would be a year out, I would have purchased an LE. The coding/anamations/sound effects are A+, the layout is a B+. June-2022 build for my Premium, the ball wouldn’t pass under the top wire rail, plunger spring worked like a wet noodle, bass speaker sounds blown at 30 volume setting. Game is extremely enjoyable, wish it had the Expression Lights???????

Anyone else experience Node-10 not found at start up!! After 35 plays my Rush Premium can’t find Node -10. Yes I checked everything plug/cable. Stern is reluctant to send a replacement board. They are afraid it will blow again. Time Machine Ramp and Clock haven’t worked for over a month. Sucks!!

Can someone start a pole, How many Rush Premium/LE Owners are having a Node-10 Issue ? Tired of the run around, why cant Stern be honest with the people that pay their bills? Game has 35 plays. I dont see any smashed/broken wires, but I haven't taken the ramp all apart. No excuse for how long warranty claims take. Then Cointaker says they have the board, charge me $200, it arrived, wrong board!!! Eddie gave me a RMA #, but no tracking number, Than when I point blank ask, Hey is a replacement board coming? No answers!!!

Confirmed Node-10 Stepper Driver Board Failure, Swapped my Node-10 Board from Godzilla last night to confirm Its the GD Board and nothing else!!! Game finally played %100 after 2- months. Now I have another problem, Godzilla doesn’t work!!!! Absolutely Mind Blowing that Stern won’t send a replacement board. Countless emails with 100 photos. They keep insisting I have damaged wires. I have spent hours inspecting EVERYTHING. Why is it so hard to understand Boards can take a crap!! Or is it a money thing? I have offered to buy a board, but nobody has one to sell. The board would show 2-red led lights but not the yellow light. I wonder if the board is fixable? Doesn’t look fried anywhere tho. But wow I had an amazing time playing it last night, I noticed alot of new call outs!!! Keeper in my collection, Just wished the Expression Lights were available to complete the game!!!

Our games are expensive paperweights without these Node Boards. Not being repairable gives Stern even more power over us. Never thought about it until this situation that has occurred.

ATTENTION!!!!!!!! DO NOT Swap a Node-10 Board from Godzilla into your RUSH, even tho the game played perfectly for almost 2-hours, Today at startup it can’t find node-10 again. So I now have 2-games down with Node-10 not found. Some of you were right, I shouldn’t have done this, but I was getting soo much information on what to do and not do. I knew the Risk, but WTF I dropped $10k on a game and was tired of seeing collect dust. Its such a great game!!!! For the life of me I don’t understand why it worked last night, but blew the board tonight. You would think it would have blown instantly last night after the swap from Godzilla. Pinball can be the most amazing thing, but in a blink of an eye it can be an absolute nightmare!!! I absolutely appreciate everyones help!!!! Will never do this again for sure!!!!

Has anyone figured out the Node-10 Issue? Should I remove both the Clock/Time Machine, and take it all apart and look for damaged wires/connectors. Game worked for 25-10 ball games. Game was NIB. Would be interesting to know the percentage of people with this issue. Clearly it’s not the board itself, I found that out the hardway.

Someone at Stern needs to figure this problem out, Just isn’t right to go completely silent, you would think by now they have gathered enough information to know the cause. Clearly the problem isn’t the Node Board!!!

So we should tug slightly on all connectors to see if something is loose. This has been BS!!! The longer Stern keeps silent the longer I keep posting EVERYWHERE I can about this Issue. All new parts should have been mailed out by now!!! Get the old parts back to analyze, correct the issue. IDK be Professional about it !!

Stern is some of the Smartest People or The Dumbest People !!! Thanks for the replacement Node-10 with instructions to /how to install it. Seriously? It will blow again!!! Hey STERN!!!!!! Just send out all new parts that Node-10 deals with!!! Stop being Cheap !!! The sale of 1 -Bond -60th would cover all the cost and then some!!!! Get this Nightmare over with!!!!

Stern called me about this

They are saying that they're investigating this still, and have identified a few possible problems, but do not have a definitive answer yet. They do not want to authorize parts at this time because there have been very very few cases of it being a motor itself, and they're investigating whether maybe it's a code problem or a wiring problem. We will investigate your game itself when you're able to bring it to the store, but unfortunately, until then there's nothing we can do Message received from my Distro about my Node-10 Failure issue with RUSH Premium.

Believe it or not Rush has the same symbols in the middle of the playfield that match the LZ expression lights/art work. Picking my LZ kit up tomorrow, tired of waiting!!!

30 plays on mine when Node-10 failed,I cant find anything visible that looks wrong.

11-months and still no resolution from Stern about the Node-10 failure issue. Absolutely sucks a Donkey Ass that my game has been defective after 25-plays!!!

11- Months and Game is still BROKE, 25-plays NIB, Stern refuses to send all new parts associated with Node-10, I have purchased 15- NIB Sterns in the past 2-1/2 years and currently have a JB-60-th coming, I consider myself a Customer that they would value, but clearly my business isn’t important. Everyone with a working game knock on wood!!! Something has seriously changed with Stern Pinball ever since Seth/Disney has taken over!!! I honestly want to bring my RUSH to TPF and hold up a sign letting everyone know Stern knowingly sells defective $10,000 pinball machines and does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, they just keep deflecting emails . I kept being told “Its a process and we are working on it” 11- months of working on it.

Node-10 not found “Again” This game is seriously flawed!! It has been the most problematic Stern I have ever owned with the most emails ever sent. I was one of the Original Owners with only 25-plays that had the Node-10 not found issue 1-1/2 years ago, After blowing multiple $200 Node-10 boards and countless hours inspecting every wire/connector, Stern finally sent a new Ramp Motor and Node-10, it has worked for 15 plays over the past 6-months, now last night I got the dreaded Node-10 not found and of course the ramp /clock are dead. What could it possibly be this time??
