Set your game to 6.8 - 7.0 slope and open the outlane posts to the top hole on each side. A small change like that can impact ball times greatly. And yes, keep a moderately-sensitive tilt.

It's about finding the balance between challenging and fun imo. Too easy isn't any more fun than too hard. I'm at 7.0 with both outlanes open to the top holes and it feels right for me. Tightish tilt too.
