Far as the skull toppers go, they can be repurposed.....you could advertise those in the marketplace. I actually never preordered Predator, but knowing the quality of Matt's work picked these up for Swords of Fury. The look and the red goes good here. Also maybe Scared Stiff, GNR etc. You'll move those if marketed right
To those that got screwed (have been watching this as one of our club members was in on the preorder) - the whole thing stinks. Guy takes everyone's money, and while we obviously are of some means to afford these machines in the first place, that's still a hefty hit with zippo to show for it. So many better things people could have done with that money for themselves, and their families. On top of that not a lot of help from the authorities or payment agents. I just hope that the ones that were hosed don't let this permanently sour your pinball experience. Only into this about 4 years, but there is an awesome community here (all jibing back and forth aside), no point in allowing one (or another I suppose) con artist ruin it.
