"You mean the next time Stern announces a crappy license, all we have to do make a couple phone calls and get it revoked? SWEET!"

I do have one overall question with regards to some of the posts about bankruptcy and stuff...if he actually has it in an LLC and not a non-profit (which it's a little unclear), wouldn't he essentially be protected from that? Like he could refund the deposits, Fox sues him and bankrupts the LLC, but Kevin would be protected financially?

I guess I just expected better from someone who is so prominent and respected in the pinball community. I was wrong.
You do realize that Spooky did a ton of work for Predator and got burned like everyone else? So the feelings are justifiable.

Nobody was stopping anyone from making the same calls to fox to find out this info. They did the homework that anyone with a phone could have done. There were rumors about it for months.
