Quoted from sven:

I haven't seen the email, but instead of the license, could part of the problems be that parts suppliers who also deliver to Stern or JJP 'aren't working hard' (to mildly put it) to supply to a small new company for they don't want to piss of their main customers?
Only problems I can think of reading 'the summary of the email' are problems with (parts of) the license or problems with the parts-suppliers (because of 'nefarious forces'). Or maybe a license/copyright for a part that's used?
Well, anyway, I hope all you guys get the game in the end, and for Skit-B I hope they can finish this and will make the second game as well...even though there doesn't seem much respons for it, maybe if the price stays in the lower segment (Stern Pro prices) and the game is great, it might sell quite well.

We use most of the same parts suppliers, have shipped hundreds of machines and have not had any delay issues. They all take very good care of us.

Quoted from PACMAN:

Great. Kevin Koolaid is going to prison and the lawyers are getting our money. I'm never trusting a pot head again.

Best Pinside post ever!

Quoted from Darksoul:

Am I right in understanding that KK was still attending shows, promoting Predator, even after the 250 spots were taken?
Is there any suggestion that he may have sold more spots than machines? (>250).
If so, he may have actually taken money for more than 250 machines. Not a nice thought.

I doubt it. My name was on the wait list for a year and I was never asked for money.

I am the guy that was on Shark Tank representing my company VPcabs LLC. I am not nor have I ever been affiliated with Paul AKA "Noahfentz" from Virtuapin. I have also never worked with Kevin although he has called and texted me the past few months asking to build him arcade cabinets. I declined that promptly

Quoted from InfiniteLives:

thats good information, how was he planning on paying for those cabs?

It didn't get that far.

Quoted from sevenrites:

Hmm, yeah, I don't know about that claim either. I never see Virtua Pins in the wild or anywhere else for that matter. Almost confused them for Vertigo / Shark Tank deal.

VPcabs(Vertigo creator) is in no way associated with Virtuapin.

Quoted from Homepin:

....and here is the ENTIRE problem with PayPus.
First why is it any of their business where you got the money and second please tell me ANY bank in the world that would behave like this - NONE, that's how many.
PayPus works well for trinkets bought on eBay and that's about it.
Actions like you describe are all too common and have sent honest and profitable businesses to the wall!

We purposely avoided PayPal during our Shark Tank airing knowing that a lot of money could get frozen for a long period of time. No way would folks be willing to wait a few months to get their machine because the payment didn't clear. Square and Shopify had all of our money to us within 2 business days!

Quoted from Whysnow:

thanks guys, but what I want and am willing to pay for is proof of games Kevin has on route. It sounds like he is either running the route himself or has a buddy acting as the front.
I will pay cold hard cash for this evidence. I know someone out there must be willing to assist.
Maybe I need to reach out to Aaron Klump? Guessing he is looking for a deal to ensure he gets off from this mess and guessing he may need a little cash also?

Not looking for any cash and maybe it doesn't help much but KK contacted me last spring to make him a large batch of arcade cabinets. I would guess to put on route.

Quoted from rommy:

Hilton...sometimes...YOU ROCK.
If VP does not drop this countersuit - Noah will waste time and money on nothing(legal costs). This shows where his real motivation lies. He has zero thought of us as victims and views himself as the "real" victim here. Also, he is extremely naive and gullible. He is getting sold a bill of goods by his attorney. Good on them for recognizing a mark and fleecing him of everything they can. Does not help us any. Can anyone read that post from Hilton and NOT think of VP as complicit?
To re-emphasize - Keith is the best collector I have EVER seen. And that includes guys who collect with bats If he actually gets $30k from witch wife...I might move just to be closer to him. Hope that some of whatever he has rubs off by osmosis. He is getting into 11/10 territory now.

Paul/Noah has threatened to sue me for years because he thinks I stole his logo! He also runs his mouth to everyone he talks to that he is suing me. I just laugh it off. My attorney would squash that in a hot second.
