Keep the faith!
I would like a bit more of information than we received tonight. I will support to the very end
Quoted from lowepg:
Yes, disappointing that Kevin can get a VERY self-serving message out by way of SPfxted very quickly but cant find time to respond MONTHS later to a paying customer?
The cynic (realist?) in me thinks this is Kevin just asking for ANOTHER 2 weeks to get his shit together.... or transfer funds into a new account.... or just get a reprieve from the avalanche of emails requesting refunds after those emails HE sent.
As usual, the near infinite patience and benefit-of-the-doubt granted by pinsiders is indeed heart-warming and overwhelming....
If I had a scheme where i needed to raise money with little or no business plan (and a total lack of morals), THIS is certainly the first place I'd come. Banks are so stuffy with all their requests for FACTS and PROOF and stuff....
You are nothing more than a troll
I'm #10 if any of you want too start a group conversation between owners on what to do in this horrible situation please pm me.
Quoted from Asylum:
Well... lets hope Kevin gets our money back to us immediately. Or at least an equal portion of all remaining funds to pre-owners.
As this plays out over the next 24 to 48 hours, I will be contacting an attorney to discuss the best options for everyone to recover our money, including filling criminal charges. Once I have more information I will reach out to other pre-owners in an attempt to get as many of us together as possible to go after him criminally.
I can't see how this is not a federal issue as it crosses state lines, not to mention that it also crosses international boarders.
Its fraud, pure and simple.
Quoted from limelime20:
"It's almost a treat that yours was in the first 10 and we stopped everything in time"
This was a "lmao" moment in this fiasco IMO, I'm sorry whysnow, but you were so mean to us all,
for so long.....But still don't want you to lose money..even now.
But I wouldn't put it pass him, that he high-tailed it to Kevin's house to collect his "machine".
Yes, he would take it in pieces, no doubt...
So, even if he did, Anyone whoever see's this in his collection, will tell us all...
so that a certain someone got a illegal predator pinball, and hello FOX...
do you believe in karma?
I find it very frustrating when you email Kevin and not get a response.
It's sad that I used too defend him on this forum.
Quoted from NoahFentz:
Look, I was lied to, just like the hundreds of "preowners" and other vendors. The only mistake here is, we all bought into it. After being strung along for over two years and starting and stopping production multiple times, it became a losing venture for us.
I came into this thing in 2012. By that time, he had a damn good story established, and no one doubted his licensing. I wanted nothing more than for people to get their machines in a VirtuaPin quality cabinet, and I, personally, worked very hard to try to make that happen.
Assume all you want, theorize all you want, we lost big on this ordeal.
You also lied to all of us on pinside, your no better than Kevin!
