From memory - For a long time, Ender's Game was considered to be unfilmable by many but the rights kept getting purchased, expiring, and purchased by the another studio...when the author was asked if it bothered him that the movie still hadn't been made (25 years later), he said he was very happy with the process as every couple years he would get another big check as someone new bought the rights; and he basically had to do nothing.

Should be "retains none" at the end of the sentence.
No the paper is correct...she said she doesn't keep any of the photos (so can't prove what she did for Skit-B), but also claimed on Facebook about the 9000+ photos she saves for her customers. So she is lying in one of these statements.

Obviously this guy is parked incorrectly over the line but I've been in the situation where somone has pulled through a parking spot into the next (so their rear is facing the center) and then I park behind them in the spot the pulled through completely within my lines. Then I get yelled at because they can't load their lumber because I parked behind them. Like somehow I would know this, I just parked in the first available spot.

All answers are "As far as anyone has been able to determine"
1. No company was set up legally (or in practicality), all money went into personal accounts
2. Used customer deposits to directly buy house (by transferring them to his wife)
3. Some people are like that.
