Amazing to me how many times the whole house thing had to be explained to her -- seems pretty obvious from the get-go, if the house was in fact purchased with pred money then it's not hers and can be taken back. No mortgage loans fix this, nor does the fact that they live in it with 5 kids.

Hard to tell about the photo equip. Seems partially legit but she was also kind of fighting the release of information, repeatedly saying Keith would find nothing. If there's nothing to hide, why bother saying this and fighting it? Just hand over the damn records

Yeah -- the kulecs are not entitled to any appreciation of the asset if the asset was not purchased with their own money. It makes complete sense that the trust should get the house and any value it appreciated, minus any upgrades that they did with their own money (which she admitted was pretty much nothing--un updated)

Not really "free" pizzas, just a pizza refund right?

Still seems crazy you can fraudulently buy a house and end up keeping possession of it - even if she IS paying for it in the end

If I recall, he was not only contracted to make the cabs but paid a large amount of money for them .. but they were never produced and theory? was that the money went to cnc machines and tools instead.. it came up in the case hearings a few times
