He worked as a game designer. Not a marketer, salesmen, operations manger or anything outside of design, right? That's the big problem. In my opinion, Jpop and others, have found its not too hard to design the game and thats pretty fun for them. However, manufacturing, selling and distributing it is a whole nother beast.
