If you're going to get fired for looking at a "boob" pic at work, you're not as valuable to the company as you think.

Hey I played this game last year at MGC and it went into a ball search after the first ball. Seems pretty fitting now. Hopefully all of you guys get your money back!!!
So the guy lied the whole time about everything, and now people are going to take his word that he'll be paying each of you back in full. If you believe that, I'll sell you my spot in the Predator payback line for $50. In the spirit of the Predator pin thread, I don't actually have a spot, but hey apparently there was never a pin that was going to be made either.
Quoted from nintendo:Holy sh**, I literally pissed my pants
Lets hope you don't continue sitting at the computer in piss pants. That would be uncomfortable.
I would be curious what amount people would sell their "possible future refunds" for and what someone would pay for the chance of the buying their position in the "possible future refund".
I know no one is going to be able to sell or buy, just would be interesting to hear what some people would buy in at and take on the risk and what some would be willing to cut their loses for.
I don't have a spot to sell, but I'll take that song and that prayer, haha. A friend of mine preordered one long ago, I played the one last year at MGC, thought it was a cool idea, there was seemed to be some good guys working on/around it. No idea who they were.
I've been following along and was curious where everyone's confidence lies after someone saying they've been refunded today. Wish the best for everyone involved.
I am not perfect and I have made mistakes in my life. I forgive this Kevin because he made it right by selling that prototype. Ah piss wrong thread, anyone want a free shaker motor?
I'm curious what the feeling would be if Kevin had built all of the games and shipped them and then all of this info came out. Would everyone be in favor of turning over the counterfeit pinball? Since, that's the right thing to do? I'm guessing you'd keep your game, same thing for the guy with the prototype. He's not the one that took your money, he just saw a chance to buy a pin and took it. Same thing that most people on here would've done.
Quoted from playernumber4:From experience: as I recall you need to serve him with the judgement first, return the proof of service to the court, and then find out what bank his assets are in for the judge to enforce his judgement to you. I would assume you would have to go through a collection agency to get the last part done.
I would bet you could socially engineer that last part out of him, a few phone calls, etc and you'd likely have it.
