Quoted from SirScott:

That would seem like standard fare for a normal C&D, so why the delay? I would think that they just fill "Kevin Kulek," "Predator," and "Skit-B" into a form letter and send--yet they asked AG to hold off while they did this?

How do you "know" that Fox asked the AG to do anything? - or do you have positive info that we don't know about?

My bet is Fox didn't and probably still don't give a toss and that they did and said ZERO to me, you and the AG!

PayPal are lying thieves! NEVER trust them at any time for any reason. Do so at your own financial peril.

Quoted from goatdan:

and you have $500,000 in your account overnight. That's enough to make PayPal sit up and take notice, which can include freezing your funds until they can research what you're doing and what caused people to pay you a half million in the first place.

....and here is the ENTIRE problem with PayPus.

First why is it any of their business where you got the money and second please tell me ANY bank in the world that would behave like this - NONE, that's how many.

PayPus works well for trinkets bought on eBay and that's about it.

Actions like you describe are all too common and have sent honest and profitable businesses to the wall!

Quoted from CentiZen:

This might be a silly question - but there is just so much history to read through in this thread and none of my searches have helped.
Was this machine ever produced, even in limited numbers? I had not followed this, but a family member of mine was recently in Australia and swears she saw a Predator themed pinball machine on location. This really confused me, as I had always assumed this to have not made it to production. I can't find any information and I'd really like to know if it's possible that was the case or if she is just going crazy.

Highly unlikely she saw a "Predator" pinball machine in Australia anywhere. Is she a "pinball person" - in other words someone who would pay close attention to a machine?

I would think she might have seen a Stern "Walking Dead" or even an old Bally "Space Invaders" or a Hankin "The Empire Strikes Back". It is highly unlikely the last two would be on site, but you never know? To the untrained observer it is possible that one of those machines could be misinterpreted as a Predator if pushed.

In any case I would almost bet good money that there is no Predator pinball machine in Australia and I'll go further and say that even if by some strange occurrence there WAS one, you certainly are not going to see it on site or even public display ANYWHERE, let alone in Australia.

Quoted from emkay:

Ooooh, can we see the scathing email from Ms. Knickerbocker?

Quite often you see a REALLY good reason for someone to change their name......
