Seeing you have a court judgement you could easily get a collection company to represent you and if the Debtor works anywhere over the table for wages the collection company would find out and have his wages garnished. The collection company would likely take 40%-50% of the collection but you would at least recover some of your money down the road.
They would take care of renewing the judgement whenever necessary and basically haunt him the rest of his life until the debt was paid or he was granted Bankruptcy by the court and the debt dissolved. At the very least the collection agency would contact him with phone calls, contact the credit agencies affecting his credit rating, and make it impossible to buy a house with a loan secured from a bank until the debt was paid off.
I was a residential property manager and we worked with collection agencies quite a bit, and yes it may take years before the money comes around but half of the time it finally did. After you secure a collection agency you no longer have to do anything as they will do everything for you. I would check into finding a collection agency to work with you before your judgement expires.
This also apples to anyone with a court judgement against Kevin Kulek.
