Man, I get paranoid when my vehicle plates are about to expire. Can't imagine how much this type of thing would weigh on my conscious...
Call me an asshole, but if I investigated a program that I was invested into, and found it to be a house of cards, first thing I would do is pull my money.
I find it funny people are condemning others on how they spend their money on this site. MANY pinsiders have the equivalent of some peoples yearly income tied up on amusement devices in their basement...
If they want to spend two or three times what they invested into Kevin only to get nothing but a sense of satisfaction, that's their priority.
I liked the part when he says he has no money left. He thinks of bankruptcy as child playing monopoly. Welp! No More money left! I guess I lost the game! see you later!
Didn't someone have a story about the early days, and Mom talking about buying a couch with pre-order money?
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:A default judgement has been entered in the associated case against Paul Maletich/Virtuapin.
They've been ordered to immediately surrender a CNC machine and a large format printer, with a money judgement for $155,000. Whatever the CNC and large format printer get sold for can be applied to that total judgment amount.
It was also ordered that Virtuapin turn over all documentation relating to any transfers between SkitB and Virtuapin.
While I agree there is not much to discuss, this seemed like an amazing development. If that money is recovered, that could go a long way towards bringing people closer to whole.
Speculation, stayed at a holiday inn express, yadayada.
KK didn't show up. Keith has to present this to the judge. Judge needs to send out the po-po. Not being talked about for obvious reasons.

Thanks for coming in for the interview, question number one...Do you have any legal experience?
The mental gymnastics are astounding, but here's how it happened.
Camera studio and equipment: eh, this is a loan. Let's borrow some money from my husband's account. There's plenty there. I'll pay it back once I start making money taking pictures.
House:. Well we need a place to build these machines. It only makes sense to buy a house rather than rent space....
To be honest, I think the issue at stake her is "You were given money to produce stuff. Where is the money, or where is the stuff."
Quoted from Pdxmonkey:I met the mom expo 2013, the one where Predator never turned on.
She told me they were going to start production the following week.
Also not to worry the only thing that they had spent any of money on was a new couch.
On Monday I emailed asking for a refund.
She should take a rest on her couch next time before court.
(edit: I dug this quote up from 2 years ago)
