Quoted from PinManV:

What is the process and cost to do so? I hate the thought of throwing away MORE money on this piece of garbage, but if there is truly an opportunity to recapture some of my original investment, my ears are perked.

Contact Keith, the attorney, for data.

First time back in a couple hundred posts or so. What's happening? Any advancement? Can anyone summarise it for me?

I'll post items #22 and #23 later tonight, depending on content.

#11808 2 years ago

I only know a couple people that lost $$$ to this mess, but checked out the FB page posted earlier out of curiosity......it does link to his page as well....
It actually says he went to Pinconning High School in Pinconning Michigan!!! That's beyond ridiculous and even more of a face slap to the people that bought in. Or even worse, I checked and it's a real location. WTF?

Kevin Kulek graduated from Pinconning High School with honors, or at least with the title -> Most likely to steal money using a fraudulent license and to cheat pinball fanatics of their dream theme while single-handedly rewriting the rules of ebay. Me thinks he is the hometown hero.

#11810 2 years ago

Pinconning is a real city. They are (sort of) known for their cheese. It's good, but not as good as the cheese you can get from the Rudyard Cheese Factory up in the upper peninsula.

Item #22 seems to pertain to the money Kevin used toward the purchase of the house in his wife's name.

Here is an excerpt from the document, and the check in question. Below the images I have hotlinked the 18 page PDF from a drive location so you can view it in it's entirety if you want.

Can someone who is a lawyer read the document and give us a better synopsis than I can? IANAL. ( just love typing that every chance I get)

IANAL either. Heck, I didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn Express. But I like that the first thing on the document says "COUNT I". To me it seem like a criminal identification.

There is a Count II in that 18 page document as well.

Line 32; here perjured himself in depositions. He's screwed. Nothing is certain but I would be very surprised if the bankruptcy judge doesn't concer with the plaintiff.

#11816 2 years ago

I finally got the time to read the document a little better.

Here is an interesting part:

dahouse.jpg

To my untrained eye, they've requested a judgement about the house Kevin spent Predator money on. They are requesting either the house be taken and sold to recover funds, or that a judgement equal to that value be rendered against Kevin's wife.

I'm probably not phrasing that 100% correctly, but again... IANAL.

So, based on Kevin's own testimony that he did in fact move the money around and put the house in his wife's name to avoid the creditors, I am guessing they are going to be moving out soon?

"No divorce being contemplated" huh?

So, they're going after Kevin's wife for ~$150,000. Wonder if/where they found the rest of the money to go after...

Actually, looks like he only gave his wife about $43,000. I also wonder where is the rest.

Look for big red X and dig down about three feet until you hit a vault. Dig that up and use k4 to blow the doors off. Report back how much you recover.

Sort of out of the loop on such things, but how much could a determined stoner spend on really good weed these days?

Already noted is that Pinconning MI is slightly known for cheese but another thing it is known for is an extremely strong strain of 1980's pot called "Pinconning Paralyzer". It is very famous among mid-Michigan pot smokers. Supposedly germinated in deer meat. Google will turn up more information than anyone would ever possibly care to know about it.

I didn't 'disappear' anywhere. I'm currently working on behalf of the 'pre-owners' to get them their money back, and it doesn't require posting to do so.

#11840 2 years ago

One thing I'd like to add ...

The 'fancy new CNC machine' I have here retails, new, for less than 4% of our annual revenue.

I didn't need Kevin to BUY it for me. The job facilitated the need for one. I've read a lot of bullshit figures here. Who pulled $60K out of their rear, anyway?

If I could do that, I wouldn't be here. I'd be out buying stuff with my butt money.

#11843 2 years ago

Nope.

#11844 2 years ago

The information I have says that Kevin paid $113,785.42 to VirtuaPin, which supposedly included 270 sets of powder coated legs that Kevin claimed were never delivered.

#11845 2 years ago
Quoted from NoahFentz:

I didn't need Kevin to BUY it for me.

Need to and actually did are very different.

So, you're saying you:

A) Never received money from skitb in consideration of services rendered for the predator pinball machine production.

Or

B) Recieved money from skitb for services rendered for the predator pinball machine production in which skitb received equaling goods in return from "the cabinet guy".

Or

C) Recieved money from skitb for services rendered and or capital outlay for the predator pinball machine production in which skitb received some or all equaling goods in return from "the cabinet guy".

#11846 2 years ago
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:

Not sure where you got that figure, but it's incorrect.

See why I don't post on this topic? All it does is feed more conspiracy theories.

I'm trying to help, and I'll continue to do so without posting.

Thank you.

Not telling anyone where I get these kinds of things.

I have the supposed check numbers and check dates as well. I also have an invoice for the powder coated parts (#03112014).

I'm not claiming to know which is true, but if there were paid for parts that were never delivered, I would think the owners would want some of that back.

Quoted from NoahFentz:

That's the same thing I'm doing.

I'm struggling to see how posting incorrect information is helpful to anyone.

#11849 2 years ago
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:

I'm not claiming to know which is true,

So you have information, that you don't know for sure if it is true, and you won't say where you got it from, but you will still come on here with it as if it is fact and attack someone as well as get people fired up that someone has money that they think is theirs? Seriously?

Quoted from Skins:

Need to and actually did are very different.

He has come on in the past and said he had gotten money for services rendered and delivered cabinets to Kevin that were paid for (so not sure if that is B or C). We know he expanded his operation to handle the anticipated needs, but up until wolfmarsh posted that unsubstantiated claim of some large sum of money changing hands for capital purchases, I don't recall any discussion about capital expenditures paid for by skit-b. I assume if there was, that Keith would have dug that info up by now, and it would show up in the legal proceedings. Not like Viturapin was not a known vendor of skit-b, so pretty sure Keith would have been looking into them.

So, maybe this money transfer for capital is true, but without someone willing to provide some evidence to the fact it will do nothing but continue to cause damage that may well be undeserved. Lots of folks were hurt by Kevin, lets be careful not to let the anger at Kevin result in attacks on others that may also have been victims and not coconspirators.

#11850 2 years ago
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:

I'm not claiming to know which is true

Well then that pretty much leaves you open to libel and defamation claims... because you are potentially hurting this guy's business by spreading information that would materially hurt them... even tho you don't know it to be true or not.

Not a great move.
