The credit card companies have no relationship with Kevin - they would have to go after paypal. That's the burden paypal has, and why they are so cut-throat with their users.

On one hand, I hate Paypal because they're not helping. On the other hand, I'm happy with them because they froze his account...so they can take money from him. They're just putting up a front and hiding behind their policy because it's easiest.

As far as Fox is concerned, I would think that just by stopping his production, that should be enough. He didn't make a profit and neither did anyone working for him (providing we get our money back), so hopefully they'll leave him be and not make it worse.

"Refunds will start in 6 months, after I have my attorney figure out a refund strategy with the remaining funds".

If there is any money left in his Paypal account, there is no way anyone gets a dime until Paypal itself, uses the funds to pay back the credit card companies who have already issued chargebacks to customers.

I wasn't a victim, but I read this and get *really* angry. It's not the counsel that angers me (unless he's paying for it with Predator money), it's the 'relaxing' part. I frigging loathe narcissists. I would have never run a business the way he did, but if I wound up in his position somehow, I'd have bleeding ulcers and would be giving it my all to make things right.

I know people like this scumbag. One of them was actually someone my friends and I grew up with. I couldn't stand him much after the age of 17.

He'd borrow money constantly (we all added it up once ... it was north of $30K over a 5 year period + he owes one of them months of rent after his wife wisely dumped him and he had nowhere to go ... he never attempted to pay back so much as a dime yet always seemed to have money for concerts).

He was recently busted sharing child pornography online. The scumbag managed to get out of jail with the help of one of his scummy girlfriends posting his bail ($200K). She believed him when he said that he downloaded an encrypted file. They're both dead to me now. Eighteen counts of child pornography (two external harddrives filled with it) and he only got 3 months in jail + Megan's list. From what I have heard, he is still acting like he's the victim.

I really hope everyone takes legal action and succeeds. Do not give up ... it seems like he's banking on that. If this scumbag is the way I think he is based on experience with this class of human garbage, he thinks he'll be able to ride out this mess and walk away with your money as he more than likely feels that he's entitled to it despite failing to deliver you a product. He will do this again unless he's stopped. He's the normal one in his mind. I suspect he's not worried in the least. In his world, assuming I'm right, you're all the irrational ones. That kind of thinking drives me batty for lack of better terms. I know I posted a lot of conjecture, but people who exhibit these kinds of traits all seem to be of the same breed.

If you are a victim please gather the following to report to,the detective in midland. Please don't wait. Please call,him right away.
1- all your details, DOB, address, how much you paid, when, how much, in a one page summary email. Include dates! Declare yourself a victim of KKK and here are my details.
2- evidence of any contact you had with KKK - notes from phone calls, recorded messages, and emails. Attach all this to your email.
3- another email attached labeled Web Links where you put links to incriminating videos, podcasts, and websites. There will be lots of duplication but don't worry about that just do it.

I used to be one of the top 10 sellers in one of these types of companies when they were new, then once they turned into a "recruit every single person you can" pyramid scheme I bailed out quick. I went from earning free trips to Vegas, NYC, and Naples Florida to only getting my hotel paid for at training and getting emails saying "since you aren't recruiting, we are dropping your buying discount to below what new people sign up at." Screw that.

I know all about market saturation and that the average busy housewife can't run a business as well as I could with my marketing degree... but they didn't care. You'd be amazed at how hard they market and push their "sales reps" to go after new moms and lonely housewives, because they need extra spending money and/or some purpose in life. It's pretty predatory... and that's how I'm linking this back to Predator.
