I already apologized once. I don't understand why anyone thinks someone would create a new account for making what I thought was an innocent post. I can't believe the backlash this has created.

Right now he is probably just dealing with Fox. If he agrees to destroy all the Predator stuff, I can't see them suing him.

People are sensitive when someone becomes so outspoken on a controversial topic being so new to forum. Especially with the vail of secrecy surrounding AG - it raises an eyebrow to many.

I think your questioning PBN is fair. However, everyone really wants to focus on refunds right now and Kevin/his lawyers subsequent action.

Here is a crazy theory, what if the AG doesn't really have any evidence of a lack of license and that is why they stayed anonymous? Maybe their intent was to destroy Skit-B? They don't seem to be speaking up or helping with facts and evidence to those of that are looking for refunds so it would seem they had other motives and didn't care about the community at all.

As I said just a theory but it is hard to believe a group of people that won't come forward and had already got their resolution.

I'm with you and agree 100%. I too am treading lightly so I do not get "ejected" or "banned" . There have been many before us that proved "open communication" does not exist in a Predator thread. Sure Pinside in general seems to be ok but the Predator thread??? Nope. I know of 2 people banned and they did not cuss or insult anyone. They were on the wrong side of the road railroad tracks when it came to voicing an opinion about Kevin and/or Skit B. Sad situation really. It really did not need to be that way. Yahoo forums are more civil than any Predator thread I have read. Also....I better stop or I have heard what happens next

Let me clarify "so outspoken..". It's a combination of all your posts in this thread, not a specific one that have people reacting now.

Don't sweat it. You apologized. You'll always have a few thumbs downers no matter what you post in this topic. If you post against Kevin your safe. If you even question PBN or AG you'll get some type of thumbs down. Just keeps tabs on the sources of the thumbs downers. The big thing now though - everyone wants to focus on refunds so everyone can get their money back. Rightfully so, makes some edgy when complaints on others show up in here.

I didn't say innocent, and its just a theory. I still haven't seen any hard evidence proving anything the anonymous group has said. Why stay anonymous at this point? My own feeling is they don't give two shits about the community. If you're gonna blow the whistle on a company I need to know the people we are talking about here and their character, for all we know its a group of cons.

This statement is in no way approving of Kevin and his terrible business ethics, that is a separate matter and I don't want to compare the two.

The thing is if we sue Kevin we are gonna need some hard evidence and it would help to get that from the people that brought this to light and last I checked they are as silent as Kevin.

So, I paid via PayPal funded by my debit card thru my local bank.
I'm taking all my paperwork of the transfers $250, $2250, $2250 to them tomorrow afternoon and see if there's any recourse. I doubt it, but I'll let you guys know what comes of it.
Really wish it was just 2 transactions instead of 3.

I have opened cases on the 3 transactions at PayPal but not expecting anything to come of it.

Martin from PBN put his rep on the line, so I'm sure he fact checked the AG claims. This is way to serious to just be disgruntled PRED buyers, or the Anti SkitB campaigners.

I was a hold out and tried to wait and see as long as I could, but between the PBN article and the lack of any responses via Kevin emails, I gave up.

Kevin picked a bad time to stay silent now. I just want folks to get closure on this.

I mentioned the same in the other thread when folks asked why AG hasn't provided their evidence. I don't beleive, beyond their phone conversation, there is any.

Now I personally beleive Ag's version of the story, but that's not the same as being able to prove it.

How do you PROVE someone (Kevin) DOESNT have something (license)? Well, short of a full confession from Kevin, FOX is the only source for that "proof." And- If they even PLAN litigation- I'm not sure they'd be inclined to make any public statement.

So, those waiting for the full story might be waiting a good long time....

Other then waiting for the story to change, all anyone can do is be supportive and empathetic,
to those invested.

Regarding those that are new, not invested, or comparing to RPG, etc....
Its more the sensitivity of those that are invested, have read every page of this and every thread, rode the emotional roller coaster...its painful, frustrating, and possibly a large financial loss.
Understanding that they need their feelings respected, supersedes, IMO, new thoughts on what has happened, and what should happen. They are likely tired and still hurt....at least many of them.
Understanding what they have been through, hopefully those not understanding ejects, or defensive
posturing etc, comes from the frustration of those involved and those who may have been part of it.
New conjecture, new finger pointing, rehashing ,any concepts only opens wounds that are raw.

I hope this makes sense, as it seems, new, otherwise innocent comments, get a tougher time on this thread.

People now want solutions, support, genuine news.....I think, IMO, as a whole, burnt on new, or non productive conjecture.

The correct answer to much of the rehashing is simply to repeat, "Ask Kevin"...nothing more.
In the absence of his responses, new input often wants to blame the messenger, and pages have already been through this, so its frustrating to read a new post, that is unaware of all that has transpired, hence the ganging up on, or dismissal of what normally have been a reasonable question.

A new poster, may not understand this, which is fine...but maybe, whats left of this thread will continue to report what people are able to accomplish in refunds, pro and con to help others,

That was 13 days ago - assuming no refunds?

Filed 2 claims with Paypal for my $250 and $2750...no dice, but I didn't call anyone. Called Chase today, they tried to contact Paypal, but nobody answered the phone. They're going to keep looking into it for me and have mailed me some paperwork. At least they didn't flat out turn me down.

That's a lot of righteous indignation for someone who's only been here a week.

Very strange that a grown man can turn his back on all the faithful who stuck through till the end and now have to deal with trying to get our money back, 10 days ago it was a few short days and then silence, Kevin is real douche and I hope even with full refunds he goes to jail or worse. Reading for a length of time and joining are two different things. Seriously, I have no idea why two people here have already made issue of this. You both must want drama where there is none to be found. Is there a probation period here at Pinside that I am not aware of? Are you supposed to join and wait 6 months before posting? If you post earlier it gives others the right to make an issue of your opinion over and over because your membership is new?
