Quoted from atg1469:Curious, are others able to hit the left ramp shot from a left flipper hold without much issue?
It was an impossible shot for me with the stock flipper settings, so I adjusted the flipper direction upwards a bit to make it more accommodating, but that of course made hitting the right shots a pain in the ass. I’ve since readjusted the flipper back down and turned up the flipper power instead, but it still has an extremely tough time making it up that left ramp. Not sure what else to do at this point.
Wondering if this may be just a byproduct of the flipper coil over heating? The power setting off my left hold is set pretty high (like around 26 or 28) so I’m wondering if this could be causing more of an issue than it’s helping.
Could your pitch be to high? Whats it set at?
Going to be joining the club very soon. What are people buying to help with pooling on post? I see clear rubber washers on some and they look the best. Who sells them and what size?
Quoted from holminone:I believe you are wasting your time and money. July builds and after don’t seem to have these issues. At least mine doesn’t.
Buying off another pinhead. It has slight pooling in a few spots. Asking whats the best solution. Seems there is a few different routes I could do. Just looking for the best solution.
Just joined the club tonight! My Le has very minimal pooling, pin is over a year old. Definitely going to add jjp art blades and pinwoofer. After all these years of owning pins this is next level shit. Vino thanks again.

@screaminr, I really like the belt buckle mod on the apron you ever think about making them for other pinsiders? If so Dm please.

I ordered official art blades from cointaker does anyone know if they come with the side protectors as well?
Congratulations to all getting your pin. I got mine last week, it is next level shit. Dear I say the Goat……fuck yeah it is!
Damn boys I am going to have to invest in some depends. Every time I turn on this pin I shit my self. Im not the greatest player and really don’t care about points. This pin is just plain fun. This pin has brought me back swinging into our little hobby like no other. Thank you all for the tech advice modding and gameplay. Best current pinside thread.

I’ve been waiting for the clear to come in stock . I always prefer the clear over color protectors. If anyone has a set of clear hit me up.
If he hasn’t already pinmonk is going to have to quit his day job. He is such a asset for all of us.
Yes pinball life has the black hardware. I haven’t adjusted the pin level wise. Once I do the pitch will be 6.5. Im currently fixing some pooling issues at the typical post. I also have several mods to add. I will post pics as they are installed.

To help others in the future, easiest way to install the art blades is
1. Get a second pair of hands (Partner)
2. Have Partner slide playfield almost completely out, holding the playfield straight.
3. Starting from the back to the front attach 4 to 5 clamps to the side rails along with the art. From the back carefully remove a clamp and backing of art. Line up with hinge bolt and smooth out any bubbles. Rinse and repeat until its installed, then do the opposite side in the same manner. Here’s a reference pic of the clamps. Hope this helps

Quoted from Kerry_Richard:The maker of this Slash skeleton mod got back to me and said he is not making them any longer. That is/was the type of Slash figure I wanted to put in my game. It's similar to Axel's skeleton figure.
Thanks to the Pinguy who posted this picture and info earlier.

Shit Kerry, I got the same response we must have good taste as I was looking for a slash figure to match axl as well. To bad as I think he would sell a shit ton of them. I did message him telling him there’s lots of interest.

Quoted from Kerry_Richard:Update: he has 2 left. You can check out his link if you're interested: https://pinside.com/pinball/market/shops/1223-pinball-forever/05388-lead-guitar-figure-jjp-guns-n-roses-
