LE 640 delivered and Playfield is beautiful. Build date 5/21. Were these mini metal washers on the posts installed on earlier runs?

I purchased some but it looks like there isn’t enough room on both sides. One side looks like it would clear, but the other would be too tight and the Playfield will not shift over. Everytime I set the Playfield down, it seats where it wants to seat and there’s no shifting it to make room for the mirror blade. Thoughts?
Quoted from Mahoneyj:I have the same problem as you. When you lower the playfield it shifts a few mm to the right and there is no room for a mirror blade at the front right. The fix for me would be to uninstall the lockdown mech and shift it a few mm left or use a dremle tool to clearance it. For now no mirror blades for me. Already spent too much time fixing the playfield and adding PETG washers. Just want to play it more and work on it less. If someone comes out with some good art blades I will go that route. JJP should be coming out with some this summer but not sure I want to give them any more money right now as I lick my playfield wounds. Still a great game but this extra overhead is not appreciated.
So, if anyone is planning on installing mirror blades and you don’t have enough room on one side versus the other. You can loosen the lockdown receiver and slide it over a bit. Now I have plenty of room on both sides for mirror blade install. Hopefully that helps someone out.
Could some please post a pic of the scoop under the Playfield? I’m installing the Cliffy and I can’t remember which way the mech goes back on. It can go two different ways. Thank you so much!! Tools everywhere. Lol.
So, my right orbit to left flipper shot is hitting the left sling and not going to the left flipper. I know it’s been suggested to slightly bend the left rail in. However, how do people suggest doing this? Completely remove the entire rail and slightly bend? Or remove plastics and try to bend while installed? Thank you!
Quoted from sevenrites:I just loosened the nut underneath at the end of the rail closest to the left slingshot, wedged a screwdriver between it and the post right to the left of it, and held it there as I tightened the nut underneath. It worked great but I need to do it again and make it tighter next time.
This worked great! Thank you!
Hello, is anybody else experiencing ball hop on the right flipper? My left is fine, but not the right flipper. I’ve tried the thinner titans low bounce flipper rubber and that didn’t help. I’ve also tried unscrewing the rail guide, pushing it up and screwing it back down. That didn’t work either. Any suggestions? Thank you!!
