So this washer is standard from factory?
What’s the difference with or without in pressure on the playfield?
Quoted from JDub03:I’m less than 50 games on my LE. Cliffy on order, put Mylar on the shooter lane and installed most of my mods. I knew JJP has shitty rubber so after a few games to test I swapped all flipper rubber. But this? I know it’s cheap. But ya drop $10k on a new machine and this happens? I have rubber in stock here, but out of principal it is a bit disappointing. I tightened coil stops and spent time tightening everything before I even played a game. Love the game so far, light show and immersive experience but they can do better on the little things. No platform issues I can see and I do recommend steeper pitch vs adding power to coils. Much more control.

Why not fix the playfields instead!
I have never seen a smash car with chipping or polling.
Also me restoring games with new clear never have issues.
Can understand how it makes a difference without. I mean isn’t there issues with washer also or do you loose some pressure against the playfield with washers.
Quoted from JDub03:JHPSWE These are stock, they are to prevent any chips/cracking from pooling issues around the posts.
Looks like you are missing a rubber also. Post mini playfield?
Quoted from Arcade:Just received our GNR LE yesterday.
Wow, Just wow are we having a blast playing this game.
Now please excuse me if these two questions have been answered here already as I have not had time to go through this thread like I need to yet.
I only have two issues that effect game play as pictured in these two photos.
1. The left ramp diverter is not flush to the left side of the ramp. This causes the ball to sometimes smash directly into it and send the ball screaming back down the ramp. I see that there are two nuts holding it in place but they only seem to allow for up and down movement of the diverter.
The only way I can see to fix this would be to remove the diverter and physically bend it a bit, but that is a last resort.
2. It looks like 2 flat head screws are missing from my ramp exit area. Correct? Can't imagine this would be left loose on purpose.
Now I realize that by putting in whatever size screws are apparently missing it will move my ramp just a smidge to the right. But after holding it in place with my fingers, it still does now allow the diverter to stay completely out of the balls way.
Any tips or tricks appreciated.

Quoted from fooflighter:That area takes a lot of abuse. Before anyone flips a ball on their pin, they should put PETG clear's (3/4) inch under any posts they can, and if not those, then larger metal or carbon. I like the look of the hard clears and they disperse the weight properly. This one requires a little notch to fit but it stays put and this is after 400 games with no further wear

The other areas that are a must are the ones near the pop bumbers and all the posts just north of the slings on both sides of the playfield. If you can reach it easily, cover it with clear PETG. There is some minor disassembly in some hard to reach areas, but this beats disassembly and touch up.
It sucks but you have to play an active role in the preservation/damage mitigation process. It's not if this will happen for certain areas but when. But you can stop it before it starts
The rest of the field looks amazing, just these post areas all take a hit
Heat it up with an iron or some carefully directed blasts from a heat gun then cover it up...I covered mine at the first sign of pooling
Here's some more samples:

I’m sorry to lol!!
But this is so wrong. People are really adding washers to a brand new game.
Return it!
