Guessing this one will be filed under "wear/tear" based on the design, vs. a malfunction or defective part.
I've had the same issue but mine seems a little bit more intermittent. I have started noticing the diverter is sometimes staying up longer than it was previously and sometimes it has been up blocking a chance for power chord jackpot. Glad to know it is not just happening for me.
