Just got my beauty SE set up this week. Anyone know when jukebox will be enabled for attract mode? I have changed the setting on the menu to allow music, but really no sound other than some random call outs....

This happened to my right upper flipper too. Lost all function within the game, luckily everything dropped into the cabinet and was easy to reinstall. You may want to check other parts on the bottom and properly tighten, as my bottom flippers were also loose.

Can anyone share their adjustments? I have tried up/down, keep finding this nice parking spot under the ball....

Quoted from nicoy3k:

Does that happen often? Seems against the laws of physics
Download the PinGuy app to make sure you are at 6.5 or more, those bubbles are not to be trusted

Thanks will try the app out! This has happened a handful of times to me, almost like there is a magnet there. Usually the machine will register and kick out a new ball that I can knock it down with.

Quoted from SDVmnt:

Question for GNR owners. Does this ramp push down on your red plastic here too? It's actually bending the plastic down on the right?

Same here

Anyone having more than normal resets after the 1.12 update? I noticed over the week once, just got started on Donā€™t Cry and reset again. Luckily no high score to be proud of, but wondering if there is a bug?

Just updated to 1.17 on SE, still having auto plunge after I drain on the song. This happens while the score is showing.... Anyone else?

#6757 3 years ago
Quoted from Lermods:

just played a game on 1.17 and I had one random auto plunge, definitely better than 1.16. I'll have to keep playing to see if I can determine a pattern.

Unfortunately, both of mine happened after going SDTM on the last ball during a song... the score was calculating and the next player came up and ball automatically shot out with dead flippers... so much for skill shot lol

Quoted from eharan:

Same issue..it seems to download the update and when I hit start twice to install the update, it happens real quick and goes straight to reboot. Once it reboots, it says that it is finishing update, but when I check, its still on 1.16. I have a feeling that many people think they updated but the update did not really install. Check your version and see if you are really on 1.17.

Bingo.... just see my issue! What is the work around?

Are you guys following this for the delta update? Different from full iso...

http://marketing.jerseyjackpinball.com/general/install-delta/

I updated my Wonka to 1.35 last night, 1st try the iso way and would not work... found that link to be helpful as you just unzip on the USB....worked fine (make sure your usb is clean to start).

I will wait on GnR 1.18 as I hear there are some restart issues after the song....

Quoted from pinball_keefer:

Sorry for the repeated bugs, guys. It is unfortunate but there's not enough internal resources to test everything every time, but it's not like we don't ANY testing. Anyway, we are testing 1.19 now which does in fact solve the crash and as a bonus also solves what I believe is the actual problem with infinite encore (I did a previous fix for this which turned out to be a red herring for the most common problem).
The crash bug was related to some additional not-directly-related-to-the-rest-of-the-fixes code to address display bog. The crash is resolved, and the display still looks a lot better than it did.
In all cases, we tried to turn around code to solve the previous problems, and sometimes, especially recently, it caused other, potentially worse, problems.
Not saying 1.19 is bug-free, but it should be a much better experience than everything else lately. If you are so inclined, here is an iso link: https://we.tl/t-O5LJgPQOD6 Otherwise you can wait for wifi or usb delta tomorrow.
Soon we'll be announcing some ways we'll mitigate these issues in the future.

Awesome update! Thanks for the transparency!

Just updated to 1.19 via USB with no issues... Thanks Keith!!!

Quoted from Jaketime81:

Gnr CE 374 here, ive got about 40 plays on it, then moved it home and now have 8 switch errors all on return 1 J200-1 looking for a loose cable or plug but cant find anything yet, JjP tech is closed today any thing else I can check? All fuses and connectors look to be good. Each switch is good and cat 9 cable on J200-1 to main board with other cat9 cables all looks solid, what else to check next?
Also, bottom left sensor in guitar neck will not detect ball in game or diag mode, it calibrates and says its good but no go, game is unplayable.
[quoted image][quoted image]

Had a similar issue on my WWCE. Have you checked all of the 8 pin connectors behind the screen on the board? I had a couple where the end needed to be pushed in, so there was a better connection. After this, all worked well.

NEED HELP. I have my game in manual jukebox mode. When I press lock down bar button the jukebox starts. I can change songs by pushing it again. But how do I stop jukebox all together.

Hold the action button down

Has anyone installed the Cliffy for the drain? I am having some issues with the ball hanging up where circled. Appreciate if anyone has a pic of the correct placement!

I had that same hang-up, I just bumped it over a bit to avoid the curve and only cover the flat area, here's a pic.[quoted image]

Thanks!!
