Quoted from Cobra:

Nice. Is that 12 inch? I have two of them for my TV.

Yes, I pulled the 2, 12 inch R112sw's off my home theater and took advantage of early black friday deals. The Klipsch SPL 150's are going for $400 off a piece putting them at $750 a piece for now for a limited time. The 12 inchers are going to JP and GnR.. Killed 2 birds with one stone

Overkill, yes, the way I like it

Here's some pics of the new 15 inchers

I almost went with the 15 but I thought it would be overkill. Lol

LE's shipping soon?

#2655 3 years ago
Quoted from Dantesmark:

LE's shipping soon?

So no word from distributors?

#2656 3 years ago

I haven't heard anything

#2657 3 years ago

I got my deposit in 17 minutes after reveal, and I'm hoping to have the game before April. It's going to take a lot longer than we think to get these games.

Hopefully I am wrong.

Quoted from Dantesmark:

LE's shipping soon?

#2658 3 years ago
Quoted from atg1469:

Does anyone know what the average wait time would be if you ordered an LE straight from JJP?

They told me April. I ordered 10/20

What , $1 games and the Big Pineapple , you guys sure have it good

The giant pineapple is way cool!
Route 66 cool

2 bucks/3 for $5 here and all we have is a lousy big banana. But i don't mind, cause the local operator is a good mate and it pay's him back for fixing my machines.

My theory is that maybe they will prioritize or at least evenly distribute across all distributors for the CE fiasco vs prioritizing their direct sales.

I'm going to try to go there tomorrow and from what I heard that sounds correct

#2664 3 years ago

It's what Paul told me too, but he told me it should be leaving 'early' this month, but that was a week ago. So looks like after xmas we'll see them.

If the games have been crated and loaded, how long does it take to go from port to port?

#2666 3 years ago

Hang on and i'll goolge that for you.

Wow was this sarcasm?

No, if it was sarcasm i would've used the lmgtfy link. I honestly went and googled, took a screen shot to help you as you asked.

Is it that you are not used to people being nice to you?

Was going to install my numbered LE plate onto my machine tonight but after trying to line things up I realized I couldn’t!

Never mind, I figured it out. I couldn't see the threads in the screws that are there. So the screws for the plate go through the screws that are in the wood.

Damn my old bad eyes!

#2676 3 years ago
Quoted from Pinball-Obsessed:

But can someone here post a pic of their LE numbered plate on your machine so I can compare?

Did you try the screws where the yellow arrows point ?

LTG : )

Hasn't left yet so doubt it will be here before Christmas and not as many games as expected

we are all having huge shipping delays out of the USA during Covid

I’m disappointed with the LE numbered plate because it should include the name of the game and how many units will be made . Nobody prefers a generic plate that says JJP that could be removed and put on another JJP game and still make sense. After all, the item being memorialized is JJP’s GNR machine and it is machine # X of 5000 games. How about redesigning your numbered plate and mailing them to early Buyers JJP?

#2681 3 years ago

Just for fun, I should switch my Star Wars topper and GNR LE plates.

I think the whole fake numbers thing is kind of silly.

Bro they are making 5000 of these, the numbered played is a serial number at that point lol

I tend to agree. Beyond 1000 its just a number at that point. Granted not the serial number as the envelope plates are randomly taped to the box unless you specify a number if available. Like seeing those prints numbered 1 of 200,000. Doesn't matter at that point lol.

My SE came in yesterday. Unfortunately I have been sick and had to test for Covid. Still waiting on results. So will probably be another week until I feel better and a friend can help me move it down to my basement.

So sorry. That would bother the hell out of me. Having a new pinball sitting in the box ready to play. You must feel real bad. Hope you feel better soon.

Think about it this way, there is a 98.8% chance you will be able to play your game.

#2688 3 years ago

Palmer hope you feel better soon and test negative for the covid. Having some extra days for the clearcoat to cure will be a good thing. Good luck, you will have it up and running soon.

#2689 3 years ago

Word of advice is to only get your JJP information direct from the official Australian distributor rather than someone purporting to be speaking on behalf of the official Australian distributor.

That way you never run the risk of being misled.

You are welcome. I sure you will be fine. Everyone I know who has had covid, I hope you don’t have it BTW, has either had almost no symptoms or has felt like shit for a couple weeks but got over it. Here’s to hoping for almost no symptoms.

Quoted from Ty-Arnold:

Maybe he can take it out of the box and wait for a couple months for the clear to dry completely?

#2693 3 years ago

Anybody know if cliffy will make a better scoop protector? Seems like the front of scoop has been having issues chipping on some.

#2694 3 years ago

Game has been in hand over a month, about time to see the first short-attention span owner put up an LE for sale second hand, no?

Where are the LE owners who are growing bored of this already coupled with frustration and angst over their chipped / pooled playfield? Now that you've played it and got your fill for awhile, why not sell it off and get back in line for a new one again with (hopefully) resolved playfield? I've got cash in hand! lets talk!
