Quoted from PantherCityPins:

Just saw the ibuprofen issue. This appears to be the case at this time. I recommend Tylenol for cold and flu symptoms until we know more.
Ok guys, have to see patients. I’ll check back in this evening.
Thanks for the excellent questions!

Thanks for all your information. Nice to have a real doctor here answering instead of all the Dr. Googles out there.

Thank you.

Having people say you are over reacting is way better that under reacting.

What I have been doing when I have to go out, I wear vinyl gloves. I stay away from folks. Once I finish shopping or gassing up, the gloves get thrown away. New ones on if I go to another place. When I come home, hands are washed, phone is wiped with alcohol, hands are washed again. Items are put away, hands are washed and then I have a shower. If this doesn't help keep me safe, I don't know what will???

I see very few people wearing gloves.

I saw 3 people wearing gloves at grocery store. I didn’t know that was a thing. Maybe a good precaution to carry some gloves in case the store is out of wet wipes at the front door. My routine - use one to wipe hands, cell phone and then cart handle. I throw it in the cart and once groceries are loaded in car, I wipe my hands one last time and throw it away. Maybe a bit overkill but it gives me peace of mind.

No such thing as overkill right now. I like the gloves as when I remove and toss them I feel clean.

Don’t forget ignorant, entitled, obese, diabetic, opioid addicted, alcoholic and anti-intellectual. Oh, and mostly no savings. Perfect recipe for a beautiful cure and recovery. Now, where’s that website?
You guys hear about that large NJ family that had a family dinner and now 4 of them are dead and 3 more have it? Some in critical condition? That’s a tough break.

Was that a dinner party? I heard it was a family function. Stupid and sad. Mother and her 3 adult children...

Quoted from loneacer:

A lady I work with is in her 60s. She has sanitizer on her desk and walks around the office spraying Lysol in the air every day. I overheard her say she's going to a birthday party this weekend where they are going to an axe throwing place. So everybody at that party is going to be handling the same axes. Hope they wear gloves...

Stay away from that idiot.

Quoted from Powdevil:

Good ideas all, but disposable gloves are just about as hard to come by as TP, face masks and hand sanitizer. Hoarders are a serious problem.

True, I had purchased a box many months ago and always have on hand when handling meats, cleaning the BBQ or picking up after the dog. I did see alot at the local Crappy Tire about a week ago, I bet they are all gone now.

Seriously do not get the hoarder mentality. I saw this lady with her shopping cart filled beyond max. I walked by and said can you fit anything else in there? Most of that stuff is going to go bad. Unbelievable!!
