Quoted from mcluvin:

When pork gets cheap enough, they will...

Does a McRib actually have any real pork in it?

Quoted from o-din:

Oh, and docquest, remember when I told you when you left here during the Super Bowl, there would never be less traffic on the freeway?
I lied.

LOL, things are certainly not the same as 6 weeks ago.

After I played that awesome Bally Skill in your garage I've moved that to my short list of future purchases once I free up some more space in the gameroom. Assuming I dont die or get laid off, or even worse both.

Quoted from o-din:

I never did ask you, how was traffic that day?
Skill Roll is going back to Wisconsin to it's rightful owner AlexF. But his 4 Bagger will remain.

Traffic wasn't bad. I was meeting some of my work peers for dinner and was almost on time.

I need to find some friends that will loan me games like that.

Quoted from PinJim:

And yet we want to destroy our economy and way of life so we can maybe save our elderly and vulnerable? I know what I’m say is blunt. It may not be popular. But it’s what I see as reality.

I can't believe people are still saying it's just affecting the elderly or those with underlying health issues. Yeah they are at higher risk but unfortunately there are plenty of examples of younger and otherwise healthy people dying as well.

Quoted from iceman44:

Please read your articles Doc, "the risk of dying is in the older population"!
That's the ENTIRE point here. Those "at risk" of DYING. Not getting the flu virus.

If you look at what I said, I also agree that the elderly and those with health issues were at higher risk. But others are also dying that dont fit that category.

Quoted from iceman44:

One person? With unknown underlying conditions?
If people are going to freak out over that ratio to the total population then there really is no hope.

Yup you got me . That's the only person so far who died from it that was under 70. I guess you are right and it only kills the elderly and unhealthy people.

#7565 4 years ago
Quoted from iceman44:

It's all relative Doc. Sure whatever you think. It's gonna kill everybody based on one example.

I never said it was gonna kill everybody, just trying to clear up the myth that it only kills elderly or unhealthy. It kills them more but also kills in younger and healthier as well.

Perhaps we can all say a little prayer for Connie. Thank you.[quoted image]

Just getting caught up on the thread. So sorry to hear your news. Hoping for the best for you and your family.

Quoted from o-din:

It's on METV at 2:00 AM after Twilight Zone and Alfred Hitchcock Presents. Most of those Hitchcocks are now reruns sad to say.

Hate to break it to you buddy but since Alfred Hitchcock Presents last episode was aired in 1965 I think they are all gonna be re-runs.

I had a dvd set from that show that just had the episodes from the series that Hitchcok himself directed. I gotta look to see if I still have it or not.
