Lots of comparisons of the US to countries overseas, but not so many to their nearest neighbour....

As a Canadian I hope that we're not just lagging in the timeline, but numbers have been holding steady for some time now... With ~9x the population of Canada, the US has ~20x the cases and 30x the deaths.

Nothing empirical, but my sense is that Canada had far less debate about the benefits of "stay at home", proportionately more testing early, and far less population density; all (hopefully) working in our favour.

Hoping every country can keep a lid on things until a vaccine arrives.

Haven't really heard of any protests in Canada. Quick Google news search mostly came back with reports of the US. There was one story about a 15 person protest in Vancouver. According to the story Dan Dick (the organizer) calls himself a journalist and described the protest as a "massive March".

The article went on to note:
"Dicks has also posted videos on subjects including the “global chemtrail summit” and “how to 5G proof your house”."

Really sad news. Been attending the NW Show since the beginning (incl. the Oak Harbor version) and always looked forward to seeing Chris and his wife. Good people, and always made my son and I feel so welcome. He was a big part of the board and my heart goes out to his family and the all the NW folks.
