What I learned from that article is that 15% of the people infected were vaccinated, and that 95% of the unvaccinated who got infected had non threatening symptoms and 5% required hospitalization with no deaths.

My cousin runs a restaurant, all but 1 of his employees told him this is the exact reason they are not coming back.
The government is paying people more money to sit on their ass than they would make at work, you dont think that is the major driving force in labor shortage?
Child care is coming back all over the country and virus fears dont make sense with vaccines easily available to anybody over 12 who wants one...

My buddy who is accident investigation for local PD was telling our poker club how many traffic fatalities were listed as covid deaths. The example he gave for that day was a guy who split his head open during a motorcycle accident.
Death certificate said cause of death was covid because he tested positive after his death...

Well, it wasnt quite like that, I heard it from the mouth of the guy who signed the fatality report...
I just believe that, especially early on, the number of deaths was (possibly greatly) exaggerated.
On a different note, I decided in early February that I would probably get the vaccine after waiting 6 months or FDA approval.
Well its been 6 months and FDA approval is right around the corner.
I met with my primary physician earlier this morning and after a discussion with him I made my decision.
So here I sit at CVS at 11:20am and I am waiting 15 minutes before I can leave after receiving my first pfizer dose...
