Hey Spencer...What took you so long?

    Quoted from practicalsteve:

Damn I wanted to be the second poster!

Me too, but I'm cool with the bronze...

204 days until Pin a go go!

    Dang it....That's way too long!

    200 days until pagg.

    Can't wait!

Steve, it will just be great to have you there. It would not be pagg without you.

+1.....Looking forward to hanging out with you too, Spencer!

    #130 7 years ago

Awesome....Can't wait for announcements on hotels, pins, etc!

How's the Country Inn and Suites? Better, Worse or same as Best Western?

I prefer Country Inn & Suites over the Best Western. A little closer and across the street from places to eat. (Popeye's, etc)

    #190 7 years ago
    Quoted from fireball2:

    And no outlanes!

Now that's my favorite kind of game!

    Quoted from fireball2:

It's a permanent fixture of the collection.

Hmmmmm...I think I know who has the high score on your Night Rider.

    Quoted from Ericpinballfan:

I know it's not pinball, or as fun as PAGG...
But that British car show was fun to walk around for an hour on Sunday. Will that be happening again this year?

Yep; Just checked their web site...They've been there every year I've gone.http://www.ubscc.org/CarShow.htm

Looks like I'm buying a crap-ton of raffle tix at PAGG. Would LOVE to own either one.

Will someone here give me the story on Steve Blown Fuse? I do not like the way this sounds. I noticed his last post two months ago and I have not been on here.
    Thanks,
    Rob

Anyone else getting that same giddy "x days til Christmas" vibe that you got when you were a kid in anticipation of PAGG?

    I am.

    How many more days, Spencer?

    #395 7 years ago
    Quoted from fireball2:

Yes Tony, I am getting a bit antsy. I also have a routed condition Blackjack (ss version) that plays beauty that could be on the trading block if someone has a groovy em (2" flipper?) they might want to move.

    That Blackjack plays sweet!

    Quoted from Kerry_Richard:

Pin-A-Go-Go is just around the corner. We (my son & I), usually bring a few games.
    We'll be there again this year and plan on bringing;
    ST-TNG
    Mousin Around
    Buggs Bunny Birthday Bash
    Knight Moves (cocktail)
    No Fear
Rob Zombie LE#5 NIB (maybe FS or trade only)
It's a great event and an awesome cause. Be sure to attend!

Hey Fireball2...did'ya see this? Mousin' Around!

    #464 7 years ago
    Quoted from practicalsteve:

It would mostly be what I had that didn't sell last year. Maybe I will for an hour. I have some new SF Giants tribute night Jerry Garcia ones that usually sell well, so we shall see

    I'll buy one!

    #468 7 years ago
    Quoted from practicalsteve:

No you won't you should know better than that!

Very kind of you, but I insist.

    #497 7 years ago

I smile a little bit more as each day approaches.

I brought dessert last year and noticed I had quite a bit of competition. Gonna try to bring something different this year.

    #620 6 years ago
    Quoted from dsuperbee:

Susi makes the best cookies anywhere, and her dessert with the annual theme is always top notch!

Is she the one that made that amazing cake(?) that everyone took a picture of last year?

    #641 6 years ago
    Quoted from Pinballlew:

It was pointed out to me that I misclicked and downvoted this post..fixed!

Gee...What busybody asked you about that?

Don't mean to be premature (save the jokes. ) but this will be current on the east coast in an hour.

This is where it gets a bit tough. I brought dessert the last couple of years, but between the beautiful cake that shows up and others contributions, dessert seems to be well taken care of.

Gonna have to try a different route this year.

    #851 6 years ago

Just did a quick count and so far 227 pins are listed.....Nice!

    #853 6 years ago
    Quoted from fireball2:

Yo Tony! You gotta scroll sideways for all of the games that Larry is bringing. You missed 15!
    That makes 242!

You're right! I was wondering why I didn't see the Gottlieb's you were talking about. Sweet!

    #858 6 years ago
    Quoted from fireball2:

Just added Boogie featuring Jimmy Walker to the list. I think we're @ 248 now.

Quick question... I've been seeing on Facebook that Steve Richie is going to be there, but, unless I'm a bigger dope than I think I am, i can't find any mention of him on the PAGG website.

    #862 6 years ago

Thanks, Sparky. I subscribe to a few pinball FB sites and they were talking about Steve being there. Luckily, I caught him last year.

    #869 6 years ago

No better way to bump this thread and get in the groove...

    #893 6 years ago

Please put me down to purchase the awesome Ramones pic!

    #895 6 years ago

Damn Steve...Now you've ruined the lyrics to another song I've loved forever, a la Mad Magazine, Weird Al, etc. From now on, when I hear Blitzkrieg Bop, I'm gonna sing "Hey Ho...Pin-a Go Go."

    #978 6 years ago

I don't think I've ever been this excited to try out new games. Houdini and Aerosmith look amazing. Can't wait to finally play Rob Zombie and Batman 66.

    Tomorrow can't come soon enough!

    #1009 6 years ago
    Quoted from cleland:

Looks like a great time, keep those pics coming! Especially of: Dialed In, Houdini, Aliens, and AFMR.
    Have fun!

Actually, the Aliens is a Virtual pin. I was fooled at first, too.

    #1032 6 years ago

Trying to find where the lanyards are. I've been sent three different places. Thanks in advance.

    #1035 6 years ago

Never mind...I just ran into JJ at the BBQ.

    Quoted from merccat:

What time does the BBQ start?

    It started at 12.

    #1065 6 years ago

Now that was a whole bunch of fun! Not only were there more games then in years past, but I played more new games this weekend than in recent memory.

Best part was hanging out with awesome friends like PracticalSteve, Ambassador of all things PAGG; MrGone, Fireball2, Reefkpr, Pinballew and meeting new friends like BicycleNut and his son. So cool to see younger people so into pinball.

Thank you once again to Sparky for the BBQ/ Get-together. Didn't eat or drink, but enjoyed socializing with other Pinsiders.

I discovered that I like Aerosmith much more than I thought I would... such a fun game. Batman66 was much better than I had anticipated. Wish I could afford one.... Went 0-3 in attempts to play Houdini due to the machine having issues.

As much as I hate to, I have to admit that after playing it several times this weekend, I'm not a fan of Ghostbusters.

Thanks again to everyone for making the final PAGG go out on a high note.

Nice, Spencer! Thanks again for everything you do.

Now go start that 2018 Golden State pinball thread.

    #1169 6 years ago
    Quoted from dsuperbee:

I haven't checked Gilligans yet, but it was sitting at 482 plays on sat night when I popped in briefly. I am curious to see the total!

Your GI was popular. Everytime I went to play it, someone was on it. Fun game.

    #1208 6 years ago
    Quoted from bicyclenut:

I drove back to Sacramento today and picked up the Austin Powers that was for sale at the show. Love this game

Congratulations! I kept looking at this and the Elvis. Great price....you did good!
