Clay's argument is that Pinfest (Allentown) is normally first weekend in May.
Also he does not want it to fall on Mother's Day weekend.
Memorial Day weekend is not good either (in his mind),
The rest of summer is either too hot or too many people have other summer vacation plans
and/or rest of pinball schedule is already too crowded with shows.
So that leaves the week after and/or 2 weeks after Mother's Day weekend,
And for what ever reason he has chosen the same Weekend as PAGG,
partly defending his choice, in that no one from the west coast is going to travel to Michigan anyway
and no one from east coast would travel to west coast to attend PAGG.
In truth he is right that there are probably only about a two dozen pinhead fanatics crazy enough
to travel cross country (>1000 miles to attend most any pinshow).
But I am one of those and hope in future i can attend both shows on consecutive weekends.
