Quoted from o-din:
It's been over a month since I tore the tendons in my elbow throwing fireballs at the bowling alley to finally beat both Nimblepin and Bob in the same game.
And I will add it took a long time, but my elbow is finally completely healed and I feel I am ready to throw fireballs down the bowling alley again.
For a while I thought it never would.
Now Bob is the one with an injured leg so he can't go.
Here is a tip- don't tear tendons in your elbow.
Or- if your elbow is still a little sore from bowling one day, don't go back the next day or the day after and try to bowl through the pain. I guarantee it probably won't end well. Could be the reason baseball pitchers get several days rest between starts.
