- you send us the product back, at your expense
- once received, we test your product on our factory test bench then in our TAF pinball machine: please sign with a sharpie on the back of the product to make it unique, we will record the test for full transparency.
Then two outcomes:
- the product is damaged: we refund your repair expense (up to 300USD), return shipping cost (up to 30USD), fully refund the product, and send you a new product, free of charge
- the product is functional: we send you back not only one but 2 products.
